buyer beware!

Buyer beware. Bait and switch dealer. I inquired about an MDX via cars.com, I was told they have the car available and welcomed me to come in. Luckily I called and asked more questions. Turned out, they didn’t have the car and it was listed at a price “by mistake.” I inquired about another car, same story. I was getting in my car to drive nearly 4 hours to buy a car. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t waste your tome.

Poor service

I would advise anyone in the market for a new vehicle not to buy from family motors Acura, in 2017 we bought a new RDX and had problems with the dealership standing behind the extended warranty we purchased from day one. We are currently experiencing transmission issues and have less than 20k miles. The dealership is stating that they cannot replicate the problem. Despite the countless videos and three separate visits for the service department for the same problem, they told us to deal with the problem until it get worse, they will do nothing at this time. We have also contacted corporate Acura and was given the same run around. If your going to spend your hard earned money on a new vehicle, buy from a company that stands behind the product!

Great prices and great customer service!

First time buyer and my experience couldn’t have gone any better! Jose Gonzalez did everything he possibly could to give us a great deal and so did management. Great vibes at this dealership and a very homey feeling to it! I would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle here!

Was looking around for a new car. Was very pleased with salesmen. Didnt end up buying but they will be in my consideration when I am ready
