Nice cars
My cousin was looking for a Mercedes 550 and Sean and Lee we're very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Not a high pressure place.

Honest & Fair
Purchased a 2017 BMW 7 Series here. Pricing was fair, they were very upfront and honest. I've bought many cars in the past, it was very refreshing to be treated like a human and without the typical "games" that dealerships play. Thank you!

Racist
Dealer will not allow you to test drive a car because he thinks you cannot afford the vehicle. Is it because my race?!! In my 46 years on buying vehicles, not once in my life had someone insult us with such a thing.

Was sold a vehicle they said was good.
Was sold a vehicle they said was good. Cost me 12,000.00 dollars to make the vehicle actually ok. Sold us a warranty that doesn’t cover anything. Warranty company won’t even call back. Shop unwilling to help.

Good dealership.
Good dealership. They were very helpful and listened to what I was wanting and helped me to get the car I was looking at.

I bought a 2008 Mini Cooper S from Rick on 3/28/21, with 76K miles on it for $6500. I was told there was no negotiating on the price of car, because of the $$ they'd put into it - including a "new" transmission. Rick told me point blank, that if he was buying the car for his own daughter - he wouldn't spend the extra $$ on the extended warranty. Now shame on me for not having an inspection pre-purchase - but not 48 hours post-purchase, the engine light came on. I reached out to Sean (the GM) and Rick to let them know about my disappointment. And they responded right away. However, when I presented them with the invoice from the repair shop that I actually trust - crickets. I have now had to spend an extra $750 to get the transmission they put in (from a junkyard) to work with the car. Additionally, the sway bar was found completely disconnected on one side, and lose - without a bolt to hold it in place - on the other. When I'd first had the inspection begun - and told Sean about the sway bar - he offered to have his shop fix it. He said "It looks like the sway bars may have been missed during re-installation, Id be happy to have those taken care of if you want to schedule an appointment with my shop." - really? You want me to drive a car an hour away, over Highway 18 to have it fixed by your shop who "missed it" in the first place? I offered to split the invoice I paid out of pocket - saying I'd cover the cost of the inspection, but that I would think it only ethical of them to cover the $480 to repair and fix what they should have fixed - or told me was wrong prior to me buying the car. No response. Zero. These guys are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Period. Let the buyer beware...

ignored unfortunately
Was very anxious and excited to see a vehicle! When I got there the gentleman was with a customer and he told me where the car I asked was. I was not in a hurry so I patiently waited and inspected the car. The person he worked with had left and he stayed in the shop. Then someone else pulled in that they apparently knew and he came out to greet them. I was ignored and decided to leave afterwards. I think it’s good if they know you, if not good luck lol

Found My Tahoe
LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. That was some great "after the sale" service. We are definitely satisfied customers!
