Everybody at the dealership was exceptionally helpful, I as it were have great things to say around the service from this dealer, neighborly, fast answers to all my questions, with a add up level of knowledge

I saw several options from the wide array of cars they've, the salesperson was kind and polite

I am really impressed with all the help from Mr Rocky Smith. Awesome person. I brought my vehicle at the end of Aug. I was having a problem with getting information about my tags and title. Mr Smith not only helped me with great information 👍. He makes sure to call me and text me with updates on my situation 🙂. He is a great asset to this company. Keep up the great work👍

Good customer service, i also noticed that communication with vehicle information applicants was quick, there were many purchasing options, and the service was oriented to customer satisfaction like a priority

In some places where you buy used cars, I've felt that they always try to sell you or offer you things that are not rally true, unlike this specific opportunity where transparency is evident, or at least that is the impression they have made on me

Their service staff strive to meet customer expectations and perform a thorough review of their customers needs and inquires in a fast and professional way, very pleased with their work

From the moment i contacted them , the team was incredibly responsive and attentive, they answered all my questions about vehicle details and financing without delay and with thorough explanations, their professionalism and streamlined service made the interaction straightforward and relaxed

I just had the most bizarre sales experience at ALM Newnan. Previously visited and could not come to a deal with the numbers because obviously they try to sell you a Mototrend Certification and Paint and Fab for 3k more on top of there advertised price, wish is to lure you in store. Made a counter offer 3 days later and was issued a signed buyers order by Business/Finance Manager on duty. Went and got funds from bank with buyers order, car is detailed and ready to go. While in Finance manager office signing disclosure documents there other Finance manager Russell Stonework barges in proclaiming we did not have a deal and it doesn't matter what was said or done earlier. Straight Unprofessional and amatuerish. No apologies, just pure downright belligerent. I've lived in the Atlanta area for 20 yrs and have often heard that ALM was one of those dealerships you stay away from. Now I truly understand why...lol. Apparently there word or a signed buyers order meant nothing. Even the credit union where I returned the cashier check to said gotta stay away from that dealer. So many customers have had issues. What a terrible way to run a business. Also verify the odometer before you purchase. They tend to advertise a lower mileage than what's actually on to pad the value.

They were easy to work with and not pushy at all, the sales department and managers were super helpful, very nice, and showed me everything i needed to know about the car's features
