If I could give this place zero stars I would.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband recently bought a 2023 Silverado Trailboss. We’ve had issues with this truck nonstop. It will ding and all the lights in the dashboard will come on. We took it back to them like 6 times for the same thing. They took out the heated seats they had installed which were not the correct manufactured seats because they said it was the seats. Now the same thing happened and the steering wheel locked on my husband as he is was leaving our driveway. Now they are trying to give us another truck with higher monthly payments because they don’t want to eat the cost for the lemon they sold. Not to mention the car payments already made on the car. Our current payment is $682.25 with a warranty and they tried to give us another truck with a $866 payment and that’s without warranty which I’m going to guess with warranty it’s a $900 and something monthly car payment. Now the manager wants to keep selling the idea that he has to really talk and come up with a plan with his boss. They’re not trying to do the right thing. Please do not let them sell the dream that they’re veteran and first responder friendly because my husband and I are both and they’re still being shady. Also one of the mechanics told my husband the truck was struck by lightning when he had to bring it in on one of the occasions that the dashboard lights went haywire. Of course when that was brought up with manager, no such thing happened. First and last time dealing with Chevrolet.

Poor Customer Service
Brought car in to have a blend door actuator programed to my car. Instead they told me I needed new tires (4 month old tires!), had a crack in my windshield (not one at all), said I was missing trim (no trim missing). Said the part would not program but could perform another diagnostic test that would be yet another $169.00, after paying $169.00 for the programming that did NOT work. Rip off. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What happened to the excellent service you used to provide? Will NEVER come here again.

Customer Service Turn-A-Round
After Jim (General Manager) and Luke (Service Dept.) became aware of how upset I was with the response I was getting, they did everything they could to make me happy with what was happening with my car. I appreciate the turnaround of attitude and the efforts made to correct my problems. Ed (salesman) is best Public Relation employee ever. As a comsumer "I may not remember what you did for me but I'll never forget how you treated me".

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They don?t know how to fix cars. The service manager knows nothing about cars and I believe the technicians don?t either. Brought my car there for a coolant leak. They quoted me $4500 for the repair. But everything they wanted to replace/repair was NOT leaking. They were hoping I knew nothing about cars. They were completely wrong. I took my car to another dealership and they identified the problem and repaired my car for $3000 LESS. Chevrolet of New Bern do not know how to diagnose cars!!! and that?s a FACT

Nice experience at CNB
I was greeted by Service Rep Tonya. She was very pleasant and efficient in handling the needs for my Silverado airbag recall. She made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. When the work was completed she explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. Tonya represented CNB very well. I will be back.

I have had a problem with the transmission since it was new and complained several times to no avail. New Bern Chevrolet repaired but it is still jumping two to three times a week. I brought it in but they can not find the problem. I guess when the transmission completely fails they will believe me! I believe that it is Chevrolet's problem and they will not own up to the problem !
