Not pleased with the customer service from Jerome (Jay)

Not pleased with the customer service from Jerome (Jay) Reese. I brought my car in for a popping noise on May 7th, and had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I was finally told what was going on with the my car, I was made aware that a part had to be shipped in and it would take a few days. I asked if my car was at least safe to drive or did they have a loner car. I was told there were rentals for a cost of $45/day but that I might qualify for a rental for no charge for 5 days. Jay stated he would give me a call back and I said yes please make sure to call back. I never received that call back and I had to be without a car for two weeks figuring out my back and forward to and from work. My car was estimated to be fixed by Monday May 19th,no later than Tuesday the 20th, and again never received a call to at least say the parts came in and they were working on my car or any updates. I called on Wednesday May 21st because I wasn't notified my car was ready all to hear my car was about to be ready for pick up. Once I received my car i was then told they had to order another part for my car that would take a couple of days to get in so I would still need to bring it back to get it fixed. My car is still making the popping noise that I took it in for. I also still haven't heard back from Jay to be told if the part has come in so I can take my car back. This service was unacceptable and I honestly don't feel like a valued customer. UPDATE: Called to speak with Jay on Wednesday and was told to give him a call Friday (today) as they are still waiting on another part and they can put me in a car until they finish my car until my car was done being worked on. Called and he wasn't in and still haven't received a call back.

Josie was so attentive to all the details of my purchase

Josie was so attentive to all the details of my purchase that she was able to keep me from making a bad choice on a vehicle. With her help I was able to get a vehicle that offered so much more than I was expecting. Thank you so much Josie you care more about us as your customers than just selling us a car. Josie has sold my family 3 vehicles and we plan on always coming back to her.

Not sure where to start other than I won’t call any

Not sure where to start other than I won’t call any names. I bought a 2021 Shelby GT500 and drove 4hrs from South Carolina to pick it up. On the drive home the check engine light came on. Everything looked good so I kept going. The next day I took it to my local ford and they said the car had been modified and wouldn’t touch it. I called Hendrick of Duluth and they informed me they had it checked out and there were definitely no modifications. I took it to a local performance shop and they said the supercharger pulley and a low temperature thermostat had been modified that was causing the check engine light. At this point I had no idea what else had been done but I wasn’t there to purchase a modified car. Hendrick refused to agree even after I sent documentation of it. I told them this was not disclosed to me and I wanted my car back and they basically told me to kick rocks. Never again will I do business there and you should be careful also. They could care less what they sell you and I just spent 480 to fix the problems that with proof they say still never existed. Oh and the light for washer fluid came on too which leads me to believe the car was never inspected in the first place. So, you get a big fat O stars
