Do not go to Viles Automotive on Callahan Dr. They screwed my son. He bought his 1st vehicle from there ...a ford truck. $27,000. It has an oil leak. They promised to replace the oil pan when he bought the truck and never did. They said the oil pan is on back order. I saw it today in stock. And messaged the owner Gary Viles II . He's not responded to my message. I messaged him a few months ago because no one is keeping us in the loop about the part. His last response then was that someone was going to call us. Well they never did. It's been one year and still no oil pan. I'll tell everyone on every platform that I can that they do not stand by their word and do not care about anything but making a sale!!!!

Wouldn't give it one star. He is a theif and crook and liar. If your looking to be scammed come to this place. Apparently he has done things to others also and has a D- rating with better business bureau.

I would not buy a car from this place they lied to me found a car I liked it was listed online for 17,998 I told them I had 2000 to put down and a trade in they came back with a written offer of 19,998 so they were adding my 2000 to the price and they hoped I wouldn't notice they think I'm stupid so online it one price but when you walk in it another price I will not be back

Dealership was crowded with people trying to claim the prize promised to them on a mailer. If they trick people to arrive, I would not trust them.

Traded my 2016 Ford Escape that I purchased New, for a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Van. I needed something that I could get in & out of with my walker. Thus the sliding door. There were to Fix a place on the seat & arm rest that the leather was split, Fix the A/C as it was not working & clean it inside & out. After waiting for 3 days for the work to be done, it was delivered to me yesterday. My cousin looked under the hood and it was nasty, dusty, leaves, twigs & pine needles on the motor. He checked the brake fluid and it was empty. Took it to get my insurance switched today, NO A/C, blowing hot air. There is also a cover from the engine in the back of the van. The Oil Change Due alert came on. They apparently DO NOT service the vehicles before putting them on the lot to be sold. The inside was still nasty also. I will advise that NO Female go there to buy a vehicle. I have never been treated so rudely. When I emailed J @ the dealership, he sent me an answer in the way of a copy of the due bill. I am just glad I don't own anything on the van because as soon as I receive the title to the van, I will be getting rid of it. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A VEHICLE.
