Cleveland Automall is great. Great variety of cars to choose from. They had many in my price range. Entire staff was very easy to work with. Couple different times they stayed after closing with me to help me after work to test drive cars and answer questions for me. Bought a 2011 chevy aveo from them and love it. They even put in a new battery for me. Whole buying process was easy and no crazy haggling that you might find from other places. Very pleased with them. Thanks cleveland automall for helping me out when I needed it.

My family and I had been looking for a truck to fit our snowplow for over a month. We searched several sites online, drove to dealerships, even went to Illinois to a repo auction to purchase a truck for the listed price before the sale. It was a lie. They claimed the truck was sold but a week later it is still listed to lure people in. Phone calls remained unanswered or, of course, sold. Still I continued to search online every morning and we went driving to dealerships and looking along the way. Finally, by the grace of God, I found some Ford Explorer Sport Tracks at various dealerships. The first being in Michigan but....there was no negotiating, by phone, so back online I went. Then I saw a beautiful yellow Sport Track located at Cleveland Auto Mall. My husband called and the owner said he would hold it until we could get there from Malvern, Ohio. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and told we could take it for a test drive and take as long as we wanted. It also looked exactly like all the photographs. It was refreshing to drive it with the family and no pressure. We loved it. He told us he hadn't had it long enough to have it serviced. We didn't want to wait and asked to buy it as-is. He agreed and dropped the price for the oil change and a couple other things that could need done. His mother met us outside and they finalized the deal. By the time she had the paperwork done he had the tag on and we were on our way. I have never had a better experience looking for or purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure. They said they have three hundred vehicles with at least sixty inside. They don't charge outrageous prices. They make a little on each one and try to be fair with their customers. They proved that when we were there. He offered to drop the price not us. That is unheard of anywhere else. It is a family run business where their customers become friends not just dollar signs. I highly recommend Cleveland Auto Mall to everyone looking for a used vehicle. They truly care and tell you if they know something is wrong with it or needs fixed. I truly thank them and look forward to our next vehicle in the future. It may be a little drive but was totally worth the time and effort. Oh....and they tell you they will pay you $100.00 for every person you send there that purchases a vehicle. They really do care about you. Respectfully, Fred, Beth, Shelby, Allen and Mom P.S. My wife and I drove from NY to purchase a 2015 Yukon form Cleveland Automall. The staff was very accommodating, but was shuffling between customers and working out deals between different people at the same time. Super busy place. They had multiple people test driving and walking around. It is a big place with a lot of cars. I appreciated the fact that they let me look on and test drive the car by myself without the usual car salesperson pressure. They were very informative. The overall process went well. I would recommend this dealer. The only reason I would not give them 5 stars in customer service is I think they need more staff.

Great Experience with some wonderful people. Not even close to the typical nerve racking deal I usually go through every 5 or 6 years. They even bought me lunch! I love my 2007 Silverado! Trustworthy people! A+++.

Went to a ton of dealers here in PA only to find disappointment after disappointment then I came across Cleveland Automall on cars.com. The sales person was very honest about the condition of the Kia over the phone. It was exactly as described in person. My daughter loves it and I feel like I got a great deal for once. Pleasant experience. Get there early very busy place and theres a lot to look at.

Went to look at a VW Jetta for my daughter. Very helpful with the process of purchasing and financing. Whole ordeal took less than and hour. Highly recommend Cleveland Auto Mall. Wonderful staff and vehicles.

I was in search of a Jeep Grand Cherokee found Cleveland Auto Mall. Huge selection, found what I was looking for at a very good price. Great people, answered all my questions. Definitely would do business again with this dealer.
