Long story short, this dealership is the worst.. I bought a brand new car from them and they charged me for services I clearly refused to add while purchasing... the car and then I cancelled my gap coverage the next day, now it's been 4 months and I didn't get a penny back yet. I left a 1star review on google and their GM commented and asked me to contact him, so did I. I sent him an email and left him a voice msg but 0 f**** given.. I already filed a complaint with Jeep and will see how that goes
We knew what we wanted going into the dealership and Diana was helpful in showing us different trim levels, upgrades, availability and test drives which... made making our decision a quicker experience. After we were sure of what we wanted it did take quite some time (almost two hours) to get in to the finance department and finish the deal. The financing part it self went pretty quickly. Overall we had a good experience - just wish it was a bit quicker between making our decision and getting into the financing department.
Their was no pressure from the salesman at all, he had car ready for test drive when we arrived, financing was straightforward and no pressure to buy add... on warranty. Whole process was maybe two hours, loving my new jeep
The Hyundai of Seattle staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Monica Roland was great to work with and the process was quick and easy. The finance staff... at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle was also a pleasure to with.
The experience buying our first car here was pretty good, we were able to negotiate and arrive in a comfortable price. Hopefully we will be back soon....
Thanks to David Frank, Dara Mand, and Les Foutz for assisting me in trading my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to the new one. High level of professionalism! Mikhail... Kisselev.
Had a good experience purchasing a new Durango. Les helped me out and was communicative and easy to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Salesman was a total jerk. Totally demeaning and just made you feel like crap. I had to basically fight for advertised internet price (as advertised on... cars.com AND their own website) and then was railed by the guy when I refused to sign off upon a higher price than my wife and him had just agreed and signed upon 5 minutes earlier. (they tried to sneak a data dots charge on us). I'd be shocked if that salesman was even there anymore, or maybe being a jerk is just common practice there. His excuse for being so unknowledgeable was that he was "new" or so he claimed with all the other lies he spewed (we did our research beforehand so we knew what was BS). This dealership claimed at the onset total transparency, but they were quite the opposite and got furious when called out on it. Buyer beware, shop there at your own risk to your mental health. Read the help reviews I'd you don't believe me. Maybe only go if you're a masochist and looking for a cheap price....
They advertised a car on the internet that they knowingly couldn't sell due to a recall and put the price super low. I came in and they tried to put me... into a different car. So sleazy, who does that?
I was helped by Usman Nabil, he really worked with me to get me into a car I loved. We texted quite a bit before hand, as I had made an inquiry on Cars.com,... and then he continued to work with me at the dealership. I spent more than I had wanted to, but I got into a really great car, that has great resale value. He answered all of my questions. And there was an open recall on the passenger airbag, he took the car to Subaru( or maybe he ha someone take it, not sure if he personally drove it haha)to get the recall handled before I took the car home. If he hadn't pushed it through because it was from the dealership, I wouldn't have gotten the recall until December! I felt he was a combination of the smooth talking salesman, and also felt he was genuine. Car shopping can be very stressful, especially as a woman. My whole experience was better than I anticipated, and I'm loving my Subaru Outback !
