Ten Point Preowned Auto Sales

My youngest child purchased a Nissan Versa .It was bad.The trans was noisy,cvt,that is .We winded up going to get her a new jeep,through Millers.I myself got a Jeep Compassalso with a cvt .It's making noise as well,after putting a total of 12,000 miles.Then my oldest daughter bought a Kia from them.It has several issues.Brakes no good tires are questionable at best.It was sold to her in the dark.So some things really wasn't noticeable.After three dead horses ,I'd believe this is preposterous and unacceptable.Some will have good experiences.Some will not,but after all of this how is it possible to trust a business who does such things to its customers.Your supposed to stand by what you sell.I don't see this at this dealer.Im sure there's others this has happened to as well.And I truly feel for them.

To be honest, I bought a car on Monday, had issues with getting my calls returned. After I drove back down, the service manager fixed my issue and I got an apology from the sales rep. Overall, I love my car, and the sales people are nice but, I did feel a bit taken advantage of. They swear it was just a cluster of events. Which may truly be. I just know that I love my new-to-me car works wonderfully for me.

Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Sells high priced cars , get ya fianced and then wants nothing to do with ya after ya sign. Lousey customer service! Was a bad deal from the start .

I went there to test drive a WV Passat just to see if I liked the car before I went to another dealer in PA for one that was a year newer and had moonroof. I had some bad experiences with other nearby dealers who tack on big fees to the final price. I was so impressed with the car and the staff that I bought the car. They had a reasonable upfront fee ($150) and covered the cost of my state (MD) inspection. I’ve had the car for a few months and I love it. No problems.

My car will not pass inspection Have exhaust leak that they were supposed to fix come to find out the belt was broken and I put it back like that gasket leaks so I have to have it repaired could get it passed inspection

Scott was a great salesman about a 2006 VW Torre from them found out couple days late couple days ago that the timing chain needs to be replaced so I grab money out of my pocket to fix a car but I?m still paying on
