    Excellent customer care, with very fast, clear, and quick response, and attention to the matter. My vehicle service was performed professionally and efficient.... There was no waiting time getting in, or out. My car was returned clean to the point where it was very hard to tell that was ever touched. I was really impressed. It excided my expectations. very good and nice group of people!

    Compre un carro lo pague cash el título nunca llegó solicite una copia al DMV Y no hay título real porque el carro tiene un lean pendiente y ya el título... aparece a nombre mío con un lean el vendedor MARIO MACHADO se la lavo las manos diciendo que el es solo un vendedor las señora encargada de los títulos SUSSETTE SAGOT reconoce haber cometido un error en el envío de la registration y que lo van a solucionar de esto ya hace 2 meses Ahora yo vendí ese carro que por cierto no estaba como parecía estar y Compre un carro nuevo el cual por no haber entregado el título aún no lo he podido registrar ahora me expongo a multas en mi nuevo negocio por culpa de estos irresponsables negligentes y poco amables personajes se LORENZO FORD. que no contestan mis mensajes ni mis llamadas y que tienen un GM que siempre que solicito hablar con el justo esa semana no está ahí.

    I lease a new car from them it been over 30 days and still have not received a tag for the car. Been calling an e mailing still no response. Mean while... my temporary tag has expired.

    Buyer beware Experience was poor. Communication even more difficult. The manager stated he would address my concerns and even agreed to pay for missing... key, once invoice was sent, no further response. They “buffed the car” before sending it to me and made awful holograms all over the whole vehicle. Very poor customer service, Over represented vehicle, Listed features that were not on this vehicle on their website, lied. Buyer beware
