Sold out from under me

I contacted the salesman at the dealership about a truck they had listed for sale. The salesman and I worked out a deal and the dealership sent the quote to me and i forwarded it to my financial institution. I contacted the salesman the next day and stated my financing was a go. My financial institution contacted the salesman with conformation of approval. After talking to the salesman he stated the truck will be held till I could get there in 5 days to purchase it since I live out of state. I setup appointment for a car rental and sold the vehicle I was driving because I knew I was coming home with my new used truck that the dealership was holding for me. The next day the truck was sold out from under me, after going through all the preparations I had made to be able to make the trip and purchase it. Dishonest practice by the dealership. I could not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.

I my Opinion

Be Very Careful! They sold a committed vehicle out from under me. One of the Sales Managers tried to be the good ole boy sweet talker. What's that saying - "Sir, would I Lie to You" - yes he did! Not to be Trusted!

Wanting a Chrysler 300

Our sales person Daryl was very pleasant to work with...i will ask for him next time I go there car shopping. We didn't buy this time ...we need a couple more months...we will go back there.

Amazing place!

Wonderful car shopping experience, great selection and the staff is very nice and helpful. They always help me if I need anything or if I have questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Throw a part at it and see if it works.

Overall the rating is zero,zip,0. My Dodge Ram 3500 lost power while on a trip and Walker was the closest dealer. I took my truck there and described the problem in detail. I had done some research and found the most common problem was turbo failure or wastgate remains open. I gave them this info also. I also gave them the check engine trouble code. They installed a new turbo for $2800 without my consent and said it was fixed. I went to pick it up and it was the same. I took it back to the shop. Then they told me I had gasoline in the diesel tank. I called BP and they inspected the tank and my receipt with said diesel. Walker drained the tank and flushed all the lines for another $4oo dollars. It ran the same. The "diesel specialist" said the engine computer needed to readjust and if I drove it 20-30 mile it would re-learn? It didn't. The service manager then made a list of parts I would need to fix the truck which amounted to $14,000 more. I finally limped the vehicle home and took it to my diesel guy. He found the problem in 30 minutes, Walker had it for 3 weeks, and it cost only $368. The intercooler. Not even on the list of parts Walker said I needed.

Ryan and Gene Walker get right down to business from the get go. My husband and I were looking at several vehicles before making a purchase. If you need a new Ram.now. call Butch he went through xxxx and high water for me . Best buying experience I have ever went through with a Ram dealership. I have never had a salesperson treat me as good as he did he did everything I asked.
