Took my new truck in because it was losing charge.

Took my new truck in because it was losing charge. They tested and replaced a bad battery but told me I had to bring it back because it still had a draw. The next morning it wouldn't start so I popped the hood and discovered that when they replaced the battery they forgot to attach the ground cable to the battery (I sat there all day while they scratched their heads looking for the reason it was losing charge, and it was because of their mistake). Also, discovered that they put a nine inch scratch in the paint of my new $80K truck! Never using them again. Amateurs.

I’ve been a customer of I-5 for 10+ years I’ve bought

I’ve been a customer of I-5 for 10+ years I’ve bought multiple tacomas, Camrys, rubicons, you name it I’ve probably bought it. I’m super disappointed in a situation with the service center. We dropped our immaculate jeep off for a simple recall and now we can’t drive it off the lot? Going on 2 weeks and I’m more than disappointed in the situation. The fact that the service team did not do their due diligence could have gotten my husband killed when he drove off the lot with his vehicle that was not adjusted right. Now it leaks, there’s pieces missing out of the whole clutch system. I’m more upset that no one thinks it’s a problem that he got out in the intersection and then couldn’t get it into gear because no technician could do their job properly. I would love to get in touch with someone since I’ve keep being denied any high up contact info. Thankful the parts girl is doing everything in her power to fix this but I’m more than upset my husband very well could have been killed or destroyed his jeep driving it away from a simple recall.

I had trouble receiving a military discount from Chrysler

I had trouble receiving a military discount from Chrysler for several weeks. When Ashleigh Fournier took over the issue I received the discount check within a week. It is great that there are still car dealers with employees that provide excellent customer service.

Plan ahead do deal online.

Fast, friendly, no hassle. Did online deal on a 2019 Challenger I wanted. Give I good price I could live with. Drove down from north of Seattle, car was washed, gassed, ready for my test drive. Took it out, brought it back. Had all numbers worked out ahead of time so waited only 10 minutes for paperwork to be ready. Signed and drove home. Super easy! Love my car!

Inquired about a car listed on cars.

Inquired about a car listed on cars.com & their website. I was contacted & told it did not pass their safety inspection. She went on to ask if there were others I was interested in & what I liked about the one I had inquired about. Good & fairly fast communication, but a huge disappointment on the vehicle.

Great Sales Person

Bate and switch

I made an appointment to buy a ram I drove 200 miles and they sold the truck and didn't tell me but tried to bate and switch me I wouldnt recommend Hayden as your salesman poor outcome won't even think about buying anything from them

Gary Wahl was an excellent help to me. He answered all of my questions about my truck order and gave good advice about additions I would appreciate knowing I am a no frills kind of person.

Excellent dealership. I buy a lot of new cars, and have dealt with a number of dealerships. By far these folks are the best. They honored a great price, offered a fair deal on the trade without me having to fight, and I was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes, and some of that time was me finding all the docs they needed (yes I was not prepared as I should have been :). Other car dealerships should take notes on their business practices. BTW, this dealer is 150 miles from me and was worth the drive!

Excellent dealership. I buy a lot of new cars, and have dealt with a number of dealerships. By far these folks are the best.
