Worst purchase ever made.

Purchased truck has mechanical issues and can’t get the title to get tags for vehicle riding around on second set of temporary tags. Don’t recommend you buy a vehicle from here.

EASY BUY IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION.

FRIENDLY PEOPLE. CHRIS AND WALEED WERE NICE AND EFFICIENT. EASY FINANCE ARRANGEMENT. FAIRLY GOOD VEHICLE. IT WAS EASY TO ARRANGE FINANCING THROUGH WHITE HORSE AUTO . INTEREST RATES WERE SO HIGH BUT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. THEY HANDLED OUT OF STATE REGISTRATION. NO HASSLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2008 Town & Country with a newer model. We came across White Horse from a post on craigslist, they were advertising a 2013 Town & Country Touring L. I called first, spoke with Walleed for a few minutes then decided to do an online application. He called back about 20 minutes later saying we were approved, our down payment amount and documents we needed to bring. We traveled from Virginia Beach to Warrenton, and we ended up getting cold feet and second guessing. Mind you its around 730pm and hes technically closed. So we already made it to Fredericksburg so we just got a hotel for the night and called Walleed and told him we were second guessing (this would be our first finance vehicle ever as we always pay cash for our cars). He listened to our concerns and I told him I would call him shortly. We ended up going to check the vehicle out, and my wife was super happy with the vehicle during the test drive. It was no pressure at all. When we got back from the test drive we had all the paperwork completed in 30 minutes and drove away with our new vehicle with a 5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I will be back to purchase a car for myself in the spring. We do not have any credit so a traditonal dealer wouldnt help us and their down payments were half the price of private sale price. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET APPROVED and will work with you. Trust me, he will work with you. Thanks so much man.

They sell lemons

When I told Wally I was purchasing the car as a first car for my daughter he had his mechanic go over it thoroughly and they found a cracked radiator and fixed that for no charge." After owning this car for a year now, I can not stand by this review. I was given the impression that the car was thoroughly checked over. I made it clear that because this was a first car for my daughter, I wanted to know it was in good working order. I would never purchase a used car without having a mechanic look it over thoroughly. I thought that was what was happening here. Of course, I now know that I can not trust the place selling me the car to be honest about what is wrong with me. I trusted White Horse and Wally and I won't make this mistake again. I can only believe that they knew of all the other problems with the car that cost us so much over the last year or so. We bought this car for $5000 in late December 2017. One month later, in January 2018, we had to replace the spark plugs ($300) and were advised that he front brake rotors were warped ($300). There was also a broken hose ($156) and we were told the power steering pump was leaking. We have not fixed that yet. We were also advised that all four tires should be replaced. $t00. Just recently the car was smoking and it turned out there was a coolant leak that was corrupting engine coils. We spent $500 for diagnostics and to replace the coolant reservoir tank, refill it, etc. Advised we could defer maintenance to replace upper and lower radiator hoses and thermostat but that should be done soon too. So our $5000 car turned out to be a $7000 car so far, with additional repairs still needed. Had I taken this car to an independent mechanic and learned all that needed to be done, I would not have made this purchase. Don't buy a car here without taking it somewhere else to be looked at.

WALEED WAS SO HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL, WE ENDED UP BUYING A TRUCK AND A COMMUTER CAR. GREAT SELECTION AND GREAT FINANCING. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Horrible

I would give them a 0 in everything. They sell you horrible cars that don’t work. We are paying for a vehicle that we CANT EVEN DRIVE. They don’t think twice about it. They are crooks!! Do not buy from them.

Disappointed

Very very disappointed that this place advertised a vehicle for $13,500 and after driving over 2 hours to go look at it, take it for drive, fill out all the appropriate paperwork we were told it was priced wrong on the internet and it was actually $15,995. We offer them $13,000 cash only to be told they could not take less than $15,000. We called back about 30 minutes later to ask what the interest rate would be, how long the loan would be for, etc only to be told they had did not know because they had already deleted it out of the system. Too sketchy for us and after reading the reviews I am so glad that we went with our gut instinct and did not purchase a 2004 Dodge for almost $16,000 that needed over $3,000 repairs to the front end to even pass Maryland inspection.

Devastated

Long story short be very weary of this company April 8th was the date this car was purchased in 30 days my daughter could actually drive her cars 6 days at different times each time having herself sitting on th he side on the rd this car is a lemon and for 15000.00 there is an expectation that what you have purchased should be driveable. During this time my daughter list her baby had to deliver an angel and this Walid called her telling her she is a liar and that her and her husband are terrible people no sir that is just unproffessional and pathetic I will post this for anyone who will listen I pray nobody else has to ever go through this it has really been a terrible ordeal

This place is horrible..they will sell you a lemon without thinking twice..crooks!!!! I will never go back to this place..I'm still paying for a car I cannot drive!

Room for improvement

They have room for improvement. Frank and Dennis are good people and the experience was not bad but, I think they are limited to the ability to support customers
