After shopping around at other dealerships, at least 5 others, Crown was the best. They were comfortable to text with. When I did go there, I was greeted immediately, on a cold windy day. The salesman immediately knew who I was and went to get the vehicle I wanted to look at. Not pushy, and down to earth. Easy enough buying process, even with Thanksgiving the next day.

They sold me a car that had the frame from a different car. A different car that was not even from the same year!!! The title should have been marked salvaged or rebuilt it wasn’t !! These people are criminals and crooks

My family and I bought our newest car from Ross and Ryan last night, and we couldn’t be more happier! My family and I even arrived after business hours, and they both stayed without hesitation, were beyond professional, and the level of kindness was through the roof. We got an amazing deal, awesome warranty, and where do I start about the car, she is a beauty. The whole experience was quite easy, and the smiles they gave us were just a bonus. Bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from Crown automotive on Dixie Hwy, The salesman was very helpful and the whole group was great. When we bought the vehicle it had a chipped windshield they sent the repair company to our house and took care of it even though we live 45 miles away in another county. The car has been great. Would definitely recommend our salesman was Tracey and he followed up to make sure we where satisfied.
