This is the worst experience of my life.
This is the worst experience of my life. I had to have a vehicle. I work 12 hr shifts and tried to get a car from glockner. And was told to go across the street to buy here pay here. Because I had no credit not bad credit. I bought a car from them and has been in the shop since I purchased it. This I s crazy. I could have had a new car. Thank you glockner of ashland for nothing

I bought a new Ram promaster from them.
I bought a new Ram promaster from them. I also bought the extended warranty. Last August I took it in to their shop because one of the radiator fans wasn't working. They said they would order one and call me....well a month passed and I had heard They nothing so I called them. They said they would get it ordered right away and set up me an appointment. I said I need it fixed before the warranty runs out. She said it doesn't matter because it's noted that it was bad while under warranty. Well that was September. I called them back twice in the next two months...nothing. Well in February of this year the oil developed an oil leak so I took it back to them and I said when you have it in here go ahead and fix the fan....she said I would have to pay for the fan and labor for it also because the warranty ran out in December. I said no I brought it in for the fan 4 months before it ran out. She acted like they knew nothing about me bringing it in.... Well today it costed me 1,730.00 dollars because I had to pay for the oil cooler and the fan plus labor for both. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them or never use the service department again. I was warned before I bought anything from them but I didn't listen.

EDIT: Today is 8 January 2025 and our vehicle is still
EDIT: Today is 8 January 2025 and our vehicle is still sitting "waiting" on even more parts allegedly ordered 30 December 2024 after they FINALLY allowed for an after market thermostat housing to be used. Now, they say our $1100 misfires are a $4500 cylinder head replacement. Which we agreed to pay on 30 December 2024. We were told by Paual (again) she'd get the parts ordered 30 December and within 2-3 days they should be there. Did they call with any updates? Not to even convey the parts are a week late. Now we have NO IDEA when our vehicle will be fixed. At this point I'm ready to contact the BBB and Dodge directly. RIDICULOUS! Just say you can't fix it since clearly you all can't. Maybe by July it'll be ready? My husband, Shane, and I (Emily) took our vehicle in 16 December for diagnosis. Paula called us promptly to tell us that the labor would be for two hours, what parts would be ordered, and the parts were expected 18 December 2024. Wednesday 18 December came and went (with no calls from them) two weeks ago 1 January. They will NOT CALL YOU for updates. You have to call several times, leave several messages, wait several hours, and then get told the same nonsense that there's now no ETA for the thermostat. We offered to buy the housing ourselves from Mopar. We offered to call other dealerships for the part. We get stalled every time. We get told they won't take outsider parts. My husband is a disabled combat veteran. He has several appointments every month at the VAMC. We need our vehicle. We trusted them to do what they said originally. They didn't. We expected the occasional update, which we didn't get. And here it is, almost New Year's Eve. How long is a person supposed to wait? If Paula doesn't call us on her own accord, how can I trust she's calling around to other dealerships? Glockner taking their time and saying there's a backorder when Mopar shows otherwise is beyond me. They're charging us almost $1100 to fix two misfiring cylinders and replace the thermostat. That's not counting all the other money this is costing us because us having to wait. Delivery fees since we have no vehicle. I've had to reschedule appointments and surgeries will now be moved because of this. Rental car fees for the first week since we thought it would be just a few days. I wouldn't take them a Hot Wheels at this point to look at. We trusted the wrong ones and should've went somewhere else. If it wouldn't cost EVEN MORE money... I'd go get it and take it to someone else. This is ridiculous. We made them aware of this being our only vehicle and having to rent a car for a few days to keep some of his appointments he cannot miss. They knew this. Glockner is a joke. The service department is a joke. Paula knows our number. She could've called with something, anything. No, we had to call repeatedly and wait for several hours for a call back. She's a joke. Paula couldn't call us the minute she knew? She left us hanging in the wind. We're still flapping here. And I bet they still don't call, we'll have to keep calling every day now. Glockner doesn't care about it's customers, nor does it care about the most vulnerable ones like disabled combat veterans. Don't waste your time going here. The only way I'd change my review at this point is if my vehicle is done today. They've had 2 weeks and still nothing. They'd not be happy if I took 2 weeks to get back over there to pay them, would they? What is happening with these businesses just being garbage these days? We as customers need to band together and put our feet down. Downright distubring.

Glockner of Ashland has the best prices on used cars in the TriState Area. If you need a car ask for Austin Stone, he will not steer you wrong. I love my new Subaru it has all the features I wanted plus some.

The Auto purchasing experience I wanted and did receive. My Salesman Robert HIll informative/and also listened to what I wanted-and answering my many questions. I did not want a to haggle back and forth .. On thru my test drive- then paper work - arrived around 5pm by 7pm I signed for my Jeep.. A number of days later. time to finish with the business paper work and on to take posession of My vehicle. I appreciated Robert Hill guiding me thru this entire process and being so respectful of me. He listened to me. Again Thank you Robert Hill.. .

Mister
I accompanied my brother to Glockner’s of Ashland in search of a good used vehicle. Angie Gue was the salesperson he worked with at Glockners. He did purchase a vehicle and Angie and Glockners were easy for him to work with on making the purchase. Angie is an excellent person and not just a salesperson. She treated my brother with respect and kindness throughout the process. She went above and beyond both before, during, and after the sale. I highly recommend Glockners if anyone is looking for a vehicle.

I spoke with a salesman on Friday morning to get pricing...
I spoke with a salesman on Friday morning to get pricing on two new Ram Promaster’s they have online. He told me he would get me prices quickly and email them to me. I never heard back from him all day so I called at 5:30 Friday evening. He answered and said he had been busy but had the prices ready and would email them to me. I never got them. I called Saturday morning and left a message. No response. I went online to the dealer website and clicked on a text link. I asked if someone would contact the salesman and ask him to contact me. Nothing. Then text link gave me some lame ballpark price. I finally emailed salesman again. He just responded telling me he though his boss had sent me the prices. Sure he did. If you are not in Ashland I would not try buying from this dealer. They obviously don’t want to sell to anyone on the internet. Worst customer service from a dealer in a long time.
