Great Purchase Experience

Bought Certified Jetta for our daughter. Found one that we liked on the Fred Beans website. Joe Magarity was nice enough to personally respond to my email on a Sunday and answered many questions in a patient and timely manner. We stopped in later in the week and drove home the same night. Finance Manager did a great job as well and was very efficient and polite. Great job Fred Beans VW. You have customers for life. Can't wait for the new building. Tim and Karen Curley Doylestown Pa

F. Beans is ALWAYS "Number 1" - especially in sales and customer service. My recent experience in leasing a Jetta was exceptional - even by the high standards of F. Beans, thanks primarily to Barry Grimm. Pleasant, professional, straightforward and most helpful sales consultant. We've also used their Shuttle Service on occasion and find it a great convenience. Their shuttles and the drivers are superb .

Service

Took my 2 month car in for inspection and was told my car is "ok" (3000 miles) but needs alignment. No issues with car alignment and surprisingly what I heard from another recent customer with their car. From the dealership. Wonder if they're upset I didn't get from them?

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best service possible, we check the alignment of every vehicle that come through our Service Department free of charge. I reviewed your service visit and found the rear toe on your Passat is currently out of alignment. I know you vehicle is new but alignments go out regardless of age or miles. We suggest you get the alignment done to prevent premature tire wear and decreased fuel economy. If you would like to stop by the Dealership, I would be happy to put your vehicle back on the alignment rack and let you watch the Technician perform the alignment check. Poor Customer Service in Sales

I planned on purchasing a used vehicle but the sales team seemed as though they couldn't be bothered. They did not respond to me a timely manor which caused me to miss out on VW's low interest rate. Poor customer service. Felt as though they were not interested in my business

Hello Dave, Thank you for contacting Fred Beans VW of Doylestown. The Special Low Certified Rates available through VW change on a monthly basis. We have no control over the rates. You qualify for whatever rate is available at the time the application is submitted. I am sorry to hear that the rates went up but can assure you that it was out of our control. I know you contacted us on New Years Eve and we were closed New Years day. We did contact you as soon as we got back on 1/2/17 but the programs expired 1/3/17. I know you are 150 miles away from us and making arrangements to get here takes time. We would have loved to sell you a car.
