I purchased a used Tesla Model S from Peter H. at this dealership. Pre-sale communication was excellent. Since I was driving over 5 hours to see this car in person I was nervous. All their pictures online represented the vehicle in person, no surprises. Best price I could find for the condition, features and mileage of this car anywhere in the US. The transaction was fast and accurate. I normally don't write online reviews, but I feel I owe it to Peter and the crew at this dealership to let everyone know how great my buying experience went.

After reading a bunch of reviews, my husband and I decided to go to Imperial Highline, It was important for my husband and I to find a dealership that was honest and didn't persuade/push buyers into something they didn't want, they didn't let us down in the slightest. They had a wide variety of the same car we were interested in, and great guarantee, not to mention their prices beat all the other dealerships in the region.

What an amazing buying experience! One of the most enjoyable auto purchases I have ever made! I encountered friendly staff from the very first phone call. Amir and Fahim went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted, got me the lowest rate possible and made sure everything was exactly what I wanted at the right price! I drove over one hundred miles to purchase this vehicle, and I would do it again. The entire process was smooth and easy. Wow! Excellent service is all I can say. I was working with Fahim on the purchase for a used Beemer. Within minutes he had called me back that I got approved with an EXCELLENT RATE. Because I had work until 5, I could not get there before 7 ( which they close). He was willing to stay later for me, we didn't leave until 8:30..... Was very satisfied in my car that I purchased. Also would like to say thank you to my salesman Amir! He was very professional and was willing to take the time to stay hours beyond normal working hours, in order to help me out because I lived two and a half hours away. I would Recommend this dealership to anyone.also I like the way they do business with the vehicles and don't let anyone drive them and jus rack up miles on any vehicle they choose.

I called the day before to schedule a test drive. I spoke with Amir who was a pleasure to do business with!! He made the process so stress free. Amir was extremely courteous, professional , above all very upfront with all the information I requested. I feel we got a great car at a very reasonable and fair price!!! Everyone there was so nice and professional. I noticed the other sales representatives helping other buyers and they seemed to be the same as Amir friendly, accommodating, upfront. I will definitely purchase from them again as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

Drove several hours to look at a vehicle on this lot only to get there an the car be nothing as described on cars.com- they described the car as having excellent exterior free of any blemishes. The car had several deep scratches, paint scuffs, and even some rust. If the description of the vehicle would have been honest and accurate, I wouldn't have wasted my time going to look at it. This lot is very small and the cars are parked very closely side by side, most of the cars had more cars parked in front of them. Our sales person had to move several cars just to get the one we were looking at out.
