Was very happy with the way they stick with reservations. In and out in 45 min. There was no additional charges and inform me what was done.

Very easy to make service appointment. Since I am a caregiver, Hughes Subaru picked up our Forester, actually, the same man, Howard who picked our Subaru the last time serviced. Howard called me a few weeks later asking how my wife was doing. All my contacts have been great.
