Airbag recall. Can't judge quality of repair on the airbag unless I have an accident.....which I hope isn't in my future.

I love, love, love my new Subaru Outback and I love Taylor Beeland. Actually I met several other people at the dealership and liked them all too. Taylor was my sales person, but anytime I went into/called the dealership and he was not there, everyone else went out of their way to help me as if I were their customer, too. I really felt like they were a team and they have been instantly responsive to my questions and needs. I don't expect to buy another car for a long time but when I do, it will be another Subaru and it will be from Hughes Subaru. Thanks guys!!!

Honest service department

Although I ran into an unexpected problem while getting a recall service done that resulted in my vehicle being out of service for a few weeks, I found the dealership experience to be pleasant. They where very upfront with information on the required service, always pleasant and where very concerned with me and my families customer experience.

Pleasant no rush experience

Great buying experience. Salesman and other staff were there when I needed something but weren't pushy or overly attentive. All went according to my needs, not theirs.
