Came in for a new key and programming, I was pleasantly surprised by the practically all female staff. Prior to ordering the key from them I called around... and did a price check for key/programming. They were the least expensive. I also asked them to reprogram the car so that the horn wouldn't go off every time I lock the doors, and they did it without charging me for it. Thanks Kirkland Volkswagen!

NEVER go back this dealership ... Sales person Jesse is awesome and try to make this business but Manager Mike and Seth try everyday not to make this business.... Went up to this dealership and ask to see a car, not available. Saw it on the internet and claimed that its sold. If wanted to see, need to sign paper work first. Then value my trade it, not satisfied with price, walk out dealership. 2 days later manager Seth call up and give a good price trade in value (increase trade in value) but secretly include new car sales price as well, told that its different months different promotion. Upon discussion over text and agree price, I went back in. Right before signing paper work, they added over 8k additional stuff like extander warranty, all kind of warranty and dealership installed parts. Then walk out again. Next day, call me and way they can lower the new car price, AND i walk in again to finalize. They still insist those extra additional stuff dealership installed part is a must and cannot take out. Manager MIKE sitting behind the counter are rude and seem like he doesnt want to do business. Never ever a Hi to a customer and seem like I owe him million dollars. Manager Seth is out of patient was negotiation and claimed that Im wasting his time when i decided to walk out. NEVER come back this dealership, as everyone are try to cheat you and adding things into your invoice and never tell you. When you point out, they will tell you its a must and cannot be take off.
I wanted to mention Evan the young salesman who I worked with. I had an easy time. I was looking for a used Subaru Legacy 3.6. They had and no time wasting.
