I could not have been happier with my car buying experience through Scott at NH Cars. I live in MA and bought my dream Lexus ES350 at an incredible deal. Finding one in my desired spec/color at a reasonable price proved to be impossible within my local area. I'd gone to dealerships as far away as NJ/NY and got hit with the, 'that car just sold' or get a sales quote tacking on a $2,000 safety and reconditioning fee. Within 3 hours - I arrived at NH Cars, test drove it, agreed on the price, went to the local credit union they have a relationship with, locked in a great rate (I'd been shopping around for this as well), went back to the dealership, signed everything, took the papers Scott readied back to an RMV in MA, got my plates, drove back up to NH, returned my rental, got in my new car, and drove home. They even threw in all weather floor/trunk mats unsolicited. If you're reading this, sorry boys I had to take the tint off to pass inspection, but the whole family is loving the car and we couldn't be happier.

I would like to say Thank you to Jim the amazing owner of a very reliable, trustworthy, and professional used car dealership. Not only did Jim make it very easy to purchase a vehicle with his business, he made it so I felt that I was valued as a real person and that he was not just out to sell a car for the money. Jim and his salesman Scott were very understanding were very up front and honest. The employees at this car lot are there to help and make sure you feel comfortable and you are getting what you want and not to just sell you something for the money. They both were very reliable very friendly and had no problems taking the time to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with the purchase that we made today with them. The process was very quick efficient and every thing was about us not just making a buck. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and would 100% recommend them to any one that is looking for a reliable, clean and safe vehicle. There professional caring and honest. I am an out-of-state customer and I initially spoke by phone with Bill Carney and then dealt exclusively with Tom Farnham. These personable gentlemen were: very friendly, up front, and honest from the very beginning. Bill and Tom made it extra clear they did not take deposits and that the used car market was extremely “buyer competitive”. Therefore, if I liked or wanted a specific car, I better hustle. Their asking price was on the higher side, but there were also no hidden fees, which I prefer. Also, the used vehicle I purchased at CarsNH was the nicest looking (cosmetically), single owner, low mileage, accident free Volvo XC90 that I had found within my search radius. Furthermore, Tom made sure that he resolved several potential mechanical issues with this vehicle before it left his lot with me in it at his own expense. I was even able to stop by the mechanic’s shop to discuss and evaluate the vehicle with the mechanic shop owner, while it was on the lift being worked on by the shop owner. This helped me feel more confident about my purchase. Tom was extremely thorough with the paperwork and he did most of it in advance so that the day of the final purchase went very smoothly. They took unfair advantage of me. Slapped an inspection sticker on the car when it would not have passed a real inspection. Bad A/c and exhaust system that they would not assist with repairs.

They claim to approve anyone but they certainly don't live up to this...very disappointing.
