Buyer Beware

After reading these reviews I think I may go elsewhere. I noticed on some of these reviews, there are a lot of reviews posted within a few days of each other, especially in 2018. That tells me that this dealership has a lot of fake posts. I have been to their lot, and they are so pushy that I had to leave...got on my nerves.

I do not recommend SVG

I've taken my vehicle back to this dealership for 3 years for the same issues (sliding doors stick, rear lift gate sticks and alarm does not work). Each time they say they cannot duplicate the issue, so the made no repairs. Today I took the vehicle in for the same issues, and now that it's out of warranty they want to charge $100 per issue to just diagnose, not to mention cost for parts and labor. I will NEVER again do business with SVG.

Don't do it!!!

I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you want to purchase vehicle!! I was sold a rental car without being informed and was told not to get the extended warranty since the car was certified! Huge lie!! My AC went out which they partially fixed without charging me since they lied to me! That was nice of them to half xxx fix it!! Now my AC won't work at all and they want me to pay them 1100 to fix it!!! Not giving them another dime!

Trey was great!

Trey Rogers was excellent with helping me find a truck. I recently was in an accident and Trey went above and beyond to help me. Even taking me on multiple test drives since I was still bruised from the accident. This dealership offered everything I was looking for, a great truck, fair price and kind helpful staff.

TERRIBLE, RUN the OPPOSITE direction

HORRIBLE "customer service" and just flat shysters. My Son and I both bought vehicles from them and were lied to REPEATEDLY. And "being from the East coast" is NOT an excuse for allowing a "manager" to speak to someone the way I was spoken to ESPECIALLY being a woman. It was pouring rain when my son bought his truck so couldn't "inspect" it real well, when we took it back 2 days later for pull to the right we were told needs new tires. When asking sales manager if he was ok selling unsafe vehicle his exact response "you bought it didn't you?". There was sand in the battery box and air filter that we discovered later after it had been in for free oil change and they had "checked" airfilter. They will find ANY excuse to not honor their "free scratch and dent repair" and make it such a hassle to get an appointment for a "free" oil change that you end up giving up and paying somewhere else. But let me say all of the negative reviews posted here if you will notice have the same generic response "call and we will resolve this issue" you will NEVER be able to talk to the same person twice, just goes around in circles and I have made repeated trips in personally to be told "that person who handles that is not in but we will be then call you", ne er a call and when you go back in the person who told you that isn't in today. Then they place the blame on YOU saying "why did you wait until now to tell us about this problem". Show them paper work signed and dated by someone THERE and "oh well, our mechanic shop operates as a separate entity". NOTHING BUT CIRCLES

Bait and Switch!

Stay Away! Used the bait and switch technique on me and I drove an hour only to find the lease payment jumped $300 from what I was quoted to get me there. A lot of excuses came afterwards, but they could not get close to the original quote.

Ripoff Warning

I just bought a car from SVG in Eaton and those guys are snakes when they do your Buyers Order watch out!! They will mark the price of the car up, I’m sitting here going over the purchase and what we agreed apon out the door for my new car. It’s $5,500 difference in what I was charged the price of the car was supposed to be 41,600 out the door tax and title. They ended up charging me that after tax and my down payment and dealer insentives. So I over payed $5500 for my new car I’m just saying don’t trust them or really any dealership in Dayton they all use the same dirty trick so be careful and good luck

Worth the drive

The salesman and sales manager went out of their way to get us the perfect deal on the perfect truck. We camed from Dayton for this specific truck. We love it!
