Submitted the finance paperwork on Saturday, January

Submitted the finance paperwork on Saturday, January 27th - heard nothing. Responded to the auto email on Monday and received a response apologizing. Got financing for a Jeep which we picked up Tuesday, January 30th. Husband noted questions when he drove the Jeep before signing paperwork. Salesman, Mr. Coleman, was off on Tuesday. Expected a call on Wednesday asking how things went - got nothing. Responded to the auto generated email asking for a review that I was taught if I couldn't say anything nice to say nothing. Tony calls saying he thought I'd be calling him. Had no answers for the loose steering, back up camera not working, etc. but they can fit us into their service shop in a week. Send an email Friday asking about return policy because hubby has found more things not working and he's frustrated. Oh, there is no return policy but we'll certainly make an effort to respond to your complaints at your service appointment. Wouldn't recommend them AT ALL.

The Car that was sold had non-functioning ac.

This dealership sold us a car my daughter had saved for a year working at a fastfood restaurant. The air conditioning is nonfunctional and they didn't disclose it and wouldn't drop the price. It was cold outside so I didn't think to check it. I haven't known a dealership yet that wouldn't have checked the car out when they bought it and paid less money for it. My daughter works at a minimum wage job. The dealership should be ashamed of themselves.

Thoroughly Inspect Your Vehicle First

First off, let me say the experience with Brandon and the guys there was pretty good. They were easy to work with and very fast. My only warning would be to make sure you look over your vehicle thoroughly. After further inspection from buying my truck, I found a lot of cosmetic issues with the paint. Some of that is on me as I should have inspected it much further before I purchased. But there were plenty of spots with globbed on touch up paint and one spot on the roof of my truck that was scratched down to the bare metal! For a place that touts they sell really clean trucks, I was surprised to find this. It was on the roof so I definitely didn't notice it at the dealership. Also, by the time I got it home I had a tail light out. That could be coincidental obviously but it sucks none the less when you spend a bunch of money on a vehicle. Again, the service was great and I do still love my truck but I definitely want to mention this for future buyers.

Mountaintop for life. Awesome experience

Found me a truck that I have been looking for. Had several on the lot but I’m very picky and knew what I wanted. Since they didn’t have the exact thing u was looking for, the salesman spent the rest of the day finding my truck. He went personally and picked it up and got it through service very fast and I was ready to roll with all tests ran and a great truck on top of it. Absolutely would go to this dealership again. Looking for a car and an SUV next year for the family. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to pull the trigger on my/our next vehicles

Unorganized, Dishonest, lack Integrity

On March 13th my wife and I made a 3 hour drive to Mountaintop Motors in Troy Missouri. I had several emails, texts and 1 phone call with a salesmen that set up and appointment for March Sat 13th to have truck ready for us to test drive and he would meet us. We showed up before lunch walked into a very busy dealership and was told the salesmen was not there and was unaccounted for. We stood for several minutes in disbelief that no one was stepping up to help us. A salesmen finally came up and asked what we wanted to drive. Brandon got us keys and a license plate and answered a few questions. We took the truck for a drive. It was cold that morning so we had heat running but cold air was blowing out on the passenger side under dash. We discovered the plenum had a piece broken out allowing for cold air to enter. We brought that to Brandon's attention and he stated that would be fixed. We also brought up the power rear view mirrors didn't work and the turn signal light on the mirrors didn't operate which would be a safety violation resulting in a equipment violation ticket. Brandon stated that he knew about the mirrors and new mirrors where ordered. We sat down with Brandon and I told him I wanted the truck but those 2 problems would have to be fixed or asking price adjustment should reflect me, the purchaser to take care of repairs. I told him my concerns that the truck would get sold if we didn't come to terms now and he assured me he would hold truck until Monday and call me first thing Monday with answers. Monday March 15th I finally called Brandon my self at noon as he didn't follow thru with a return call. He wasn't available when I called and I asked for a return call. At the end of the day I made a second call and was able to talk to Brandon and he still was working on the issues. He told me he would call me back Tuesday. Tuesday March 16th. No calls so I again called and was able to talk to Brandon. I let him know I had reached out to my local Ford authorized repair and sales lot and was quoted a repair cost for mirrors and hole in plenum. Again Brandon said he would get back to me on Wednesday. I asked Brandon if we could get this deal completed before Fri March 19th as I was leaving town for 3 days and was unable to make calls. He told me he was off on Thursday and assured me he would have answers on Wed March 17th. On March 17th I made 4 separate calls. 2 before lunch 1 after lunch and last call 1hr before your business closing hours. Each call I asked for Brandon and was unable to talk to him so I left a message each time with Tony who assured me Brandon would get my message. All 4 times I called Tony answered and I was told the same thing. I had no reason to doubt Tony. I told Tony I was concerned that Brandon wouldn't hold the truck for me because he doesn't return my calls. Tony said no worries he didn't see any reason for me to worry. I never received any return calls from Brandon ever. I always made the calls. I also sent a text to Brandon's cell # listed on his card at 11:41 March 17th stating who I was and really wanted to close the deal on the truck. In less the 3 days Brandon established a pattern of disrespect and lack of integrity. On March 22nd roughly 9:15 am I called the dealership and to my surprise Tony once again Answered the phone and again I asked for Brandon but he wasn't available. So I asked Tony about the truck I had spent better part of week before trying to purchase if I could get help. He answered me with its sold. Tony listened to me get very mad and cuss and he was very understanding. So that brings me to this point. I'm a business owner and I deal with customers daily. Words like honesty, integrity, and respect are very important to me not only as a business owner but as an adult and and a decent human being. To this day I have never received a return call from Brandon.

ARROGANT salesman from start to end

Very unwelcoming, first dealership I've been to that seemed to not even want to sell a car! Dealt only with the salesman so perhaps it was him and not the management, left very disappointed.

BEWARE! MISLEADING! UNPROFESSIONAL! A JOKE!

Unless you're a local, don't waste your time or gas to get there.. totally misrepresented the condition of vehicle. Knowing I would be driving 6 hrs to get this vehicle.. didn't buy from them.. couldn't trust anything else they told me about the truck..for a dealership that says, they prides themselves on finding clean rust free trucks, IMO, they have a lot to learn.
