I bought a car here over 3 months ago. It has been a horrible experience. I cant even get the owner or manager to call me back. I got my registration one month age, so for the past 2 months every 7 days the dealer gave me new papers. I saved my copies because at this point the dealer has no credibility in my eyes. I've been demeaned and disrespected by staff, I hve those messages saved as well. Finally i drop of the car Monday9am. today is Thursday I pick up the cr and pretty much nothing be done they are waiting on parts smh. 4 days in shop and I'm commuting in Uber this is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to buy a car here and deal with this lack of customer service and a Mercedes that cannot pass inspection. My next steps is a lawyer.

Anthony and Christy. The two sales people ignoring my calls acting really unprofessional. First payment is due on the 10th of October. Where is my vehicle???

Do not go here. Seriously. I got my car here and it was literally the worst experience but they do not return deposits and i couldn't afford to eat mine. Finally got a car, they over charged me for it, the company i financed through showed i was basically screwed out of $2400. Got home check engine light was on, that took 8 months and 1 ticket for no inspection sticker to fix. The battery was also dead when i got to my car the next morning to bring it in for the check engine light. They were going to fix the o2 sensor and dropped it into the car making a 15 minute thing last 3 hours. Even if your credit is xxxx find somewhere else or only blame yourself when you're frustrated and screwed over.

Fraudulent company ! Never go to Topline
This place is a scam! They are selling lemons ! I bought a vehicle from them it was sold to me with a gas leak, bad left tire rod, and the check engine light was removed from the dash ! I returned it to them to be fixed they had the car for a month in which they said they put a new engine in the vehicle. They wouldn’t tell me where or who was working on the vehicle and never gave me paper work for proof after asking multiple times ! I got the car back and it failed inspection again so I returned it a second time. When the vehicle was returned to me the car had an extra 18k miles on it , a broken air conditioner and no back up camera ! I then told them I wanted to get all my money back and return the car because they couldn’t fix it and continues to break it more than it was before they had it ! I made an appointment to meet with the owner and he never showed up for the appointment I was told I will get a check from them but I have yet to see it . They don’t answer the phones and have blocked my number they are extremely rude and unprofessional and scam artists never come here ever !

Bought a 2011 grand Cherokee. Day two after getting it I had steering leak. “They fixed it” not. Back in again for same issue AND transmission the car powered off on the highway several times! Now on day 9 with “I will check into it” being the scripted responses. Paying on a car I haven’t had but 5 days since we bought it. Oh and did I mention the price of the car was inflated by $3000 above advertised price to “get us qualified for the loan”..?... uh, more like FLUFFING NUMBERS TO PASS THE FINANCE ACQUISITION FEE ONTO THE CUSTOMER TO NOT TAKE FROM YOUR PROFIT......CAN YOU SAY FRAUD? Thank God for the attorney general , she will straighten that s*** out real quick. Vehicle didn’t pass inspection either.
