The BEST experience anyone could ask for!

The BEST experience anyone could ask for, from beginning to end! Macy was incredible! I live in Jacksonville, FL and had been searching for my dream car for weeks. I did not have good experiences with several dealerships all over Florida and some out of State. When we found the car I wanted at Music City Honda, I was hesitant because of having to “make a deal” that far from home. Macy was really responsive, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease, all through long-distance communication. Macy went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to have for my trade-in and what I wanted to pay for my new car. Once we came to an agreement, I needed to make arrangements to drive from Jacksonville, FL to Nashville, TN. I asked Macy if they would hold the car for me and they did. The following Saturday my husband and I arrived at Music City Honda to find the car was exactly what I was led to believe and it was absolutely perfect! I got chills when I saw it. I was SO happy and relieved! The transaction was seamless and stress-free. I cannot say enough great things about Macy. For those of you who did not have such a great experience, I would give them a second chance and ask for Macy. She is awesome!! Thanks, Macy and Music City Honda!

Awesome Customer Service!

I am a repeat customer at Music City Honda. Archie Becquet is the service manager there. I was so impressed when I got there just before they closed to get air in my tires. And little did I know, Mr. Becquet would quickly find the source of the problem, a nail. He immediately expedited it's removal as he sped the process, performing this in his nice clothes himself! He is a great customer service representative for the dealership. He is always kind, friendly and assisting along with many other staff employees I've had the pleasure of interfacing with. Kudos to Music City Honda as they, (as usual) saved my day! I had no idea about the nail! They saved me in the nick of time as I had recently bought two new tires because of the previous nail experiences. They caught it before it badly punctured my tire to the point of having to replace another newly bought tire. High Regards, Debbie S. White House, TN

Bait and switch, damaged vehicles and fishy financing

I did not have a good experience here. Price on the new car was ok...but it was damaged by them in-between our viewing and completing the paperwork. Got outside and there was a grease stain in the seat. It was also filthy - mud on the matts, dirt and glue on the outside. It took 3 additional trips to the dealership for them to replace the seat cover...why? They gave us a false credit report showing the score 100 points lower than it actually is -- found out when I went to the bank because I was afraid my identity had been stolen. Then the finance guy tried to stiff us on the highest rate available when there was one half it's price available. The GM offered to fill up my gas tank to "make it up" to me and said he'd get me a deal on window tints. His deal was $500 and Crest Honda was $300 without the deal...hmm. Lots of lip service and they never even filled up the tank.... Negotiations drove me up a wall, of course. 9 hours at the dealership going through paperwork. Numbers are verbalized as one thing and come back as another. They were also reaching out to us for weeks after to follow up with paperwork they forgot to give us. My only good experience was with Archie at the end of the day. Once he got involved he helped resolve the damaged vehicel and gave me his cell phone so I didn't have to deal with Hayden.

A very good experience

I just want to say how very pleased I am with the purchase of my certified pre owned Honda. Mr Roche listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me find the right vehicle for me and my family. He also took the time to familiarize me with my new vehicle before I left the lot. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during my car search and purchase.

UNprofessional

I have an interview for a Slaes Manager position with this dealership. Mr. Hayden Moore the GM claled me to set the interview for 9 am on a Friday. I arrived a few minutes early, asked for Mr. Moore. No one knew where he was. Suggested I go to the other building. I went to the other building, asked for Mr. Moore. I was told he was in the building I just came from and they would call him. I sat...I waited. I text him twice, I called him myself. One hour went by with no contact...not only from Mr. Moore but from ANYONE that works there to check on me. Even new sales people that walked in did not bother to check to see if I was being served. They had no clue if I was there for an interview or to drive a car. During my hour long wait...One of the head sales guys was uttering profanities, dropping f-bombs about not having time to attend a sales meeting because he has 20 xxxxx cars to check in...and they could kiss is a**. Mr Moore never replied to my texts, never showed up and no one bothered to call him again for me. Not sure if you can get a good deal or not on a car from this dealership...but, selling cars is all about integrity and customer service. Not impressed at all.

used car

Hello everyone. Got a used car from here. We sealed with Salj and Paul. They had the car we wanted and it was clean. It had low miles like we wanted. Both of the sales person walked with the manager to make sure everything was to our liking. Im glad we went there and I would recommend then to anyone interested in buying a used or new car.

Great dealership

My visit to the dealership for my new car purchase was a great experience. Hayden Moore was very attentive to make sure I was completely satisfied. Ron Barrett was very professional and detailed with my purchase. When I went back for service Archie finished with outstanding service. I will say I will be back for my next car purchase. Thanks Music City Honda for a great experience!!!

Poor Customer Service from Hayden Moore

I visited Music City Honda on Saturday December 10, 2016 in attempts to trade my current 2014 Honda Accord Sport which i had leased at this same dealership 2 years ago for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport. I spoke with a gentlemen i believe named Norman or Chris. He was very helpful. I expressed to him the per month cost i needed to be at and he was trying to work with me.I understood i was over with my allotted miles however i advised him of my proposal. He walked away to explain my offer to his manager Hayden Moore. They were roughly about 100 feet away and i could clearly hear Hayden Moore being very rude to him stating "Its not our fault he has added all these miles unto his leased vehicle. Somebody is going to have to pay for those miles." Chris/Norman approached me to deliver the news they could not accept my offer ti turn my vehicle in, in exchange for a new Honda. I explained to him even if my offer was accepted i would not do business with this Honda dealership. He approached Hayden Moore and advised him i had heard there conversation and Hayden Moore approached me in attempt to explain himself and he made the situation worst by degrading his employee and saying "this is his first lease and i needed him to understand the lease process." Quiet frankly Hayden Moore should not be in a position to manage with such a poor customer service attitude not to mention a poor manager. Sad to say this was not the same experience i had 2 years ago with Bill Steed and i will not be doing business with Music City Honda nor recommending anyone there. -Fernando
