Great vehicle

I finally found my dream car, I was looking for so so long for 4runner 4th gen! I drove 2 hours, but totally worth it...the car was great, it was literally like new! 5star from me!!!

Used car purchase

Got a quote over the phone. Couple of hours later visited the dealership and I was with the car on my way home. Easy process, fair price. Negotiated, and price turned out to be very reasonable.

Great experience

I purchased a Mercedes gl 450, very happy with my vehicle. No pressure to buy, I got answers to all my questions. Test drive the vehicle and I am very happy with it. Will recommend.

Beware 2021! DO NOT BUY!! CAR IS TRASH! HAVE PROOF

Please don't buy from this dealer! I bought a 2008 mercedes gls450 April 25,2021. I asked the dealer before purchase are there any known problems. They lied! Lied! Leaking gas.. fuel pump was put in totally wrong. I haven't been able to drive the car because all of the issues they lied about. The dealer tried to put it on the delivery guys. Flat out liars. The car had these issues prior to me purchasing this piece of TRASH! Refuse to answer and refuse to email/text back. Please! Take my word. The car thar was sold too me is pure TRASH! xxxx poor customer service. I have not been able to drive the car because there are soo many issues my certified mechanic has to fix. PLEASE DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM.

Used 4runner

Purchased vehicle higher than nada recommended, had issues arise in first week, dealer will not reply to texts. Now my college age son is stuck with vehicle needing costly repairs.

Don’t do it

Purchased a bmw 650i from them that didn’t make it back to Michigan. Negotiated the price down and gave them a check from my bank that was for 600 more than what I paid. They were supposed to send the balance back to me or my bank and never did. Now they won’t answer my calls. I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I purchased from them

Used Truck

Contacted this dealer two days before and advised them I was driving from another state to look at a car and gave them the date I was coming. Contacted them the day of, several hours prior and stated I was enroute to the dealer for a specific car. They stated it was there and they would hold it for me. Drove three hours and then arrived two hours before closing time. When I arrived, the shop was locked and they said they were at lunch. Waited 15 minutes and then when they returned they advised me the car was in the shop and being worked on which they never mentioned or called to tell me. The vehicle was never ready and I left after two hours. Sales associate said he would call when vehicle was ready. He never called to tell me anything. Terrible experience here.

Dear Sir, We did apologize for the inconvenience, the owner made a decision to tune up the truck (change 8 spark plugs and 8 coils), unfortunately the spark plugs came on time but the coils were delayed until the next business day. Thank you, Multi Group Management

WARNING, GHOST LISTINGS

Called ahead to verify that the vehicle I wanted to purchase was there. Took off work early to head over. When I got there, vehicle was not there nor were any of the other vehicles listed under their name. Don't bother, keep looking. These guys are not serious.

Dear Kyle G., All the vehicle we list are at our location at 6930 Buford Hwy, Doraville, GA 30340. Have in mind that we have a 8000 sq feet show room, and some vehicles are actually inside of the show room, so if you have not seen the vehicle you were looking for it was probably inside. You should have asked anyone who works there, also sometimes it happens that a vehicle that you might be looking for is with another customer on a test drive, or even has been sold that same day. Kyle G., before you jump into conclusions about a "ghost dealer", please make sure that you are at the right address, park and ask a sales person about the vehicle. Regards, Multi Group Management

Dear R Kent, We are sorry for the way you felt. If the dealer was closed, nobody will answer your call. It was going to be helpful if you had left the date you tried to call, we can assume it was May.28th, which was Memorial day, and yes we were closed on May.28.2018 Memorial Day. We are closed 2 times per year, other than that we are open 6 days a week.
