    What a nightmare experience. I’m 1:45 hours away but decided to give up my day to visit this dealership since their advertised car seemed like a fair price.... I call multiple times to confirm the car would be there. Made an appointment and asked to have the cars ready to test drive. The receptionist said the cars would be ready. When I got there after my 1:45 hour drive the website car features were not accurate. Cars were listed as having features that they didn’t have-specifically sunroof or navigation. The topper was when I got there they couldn’t find the car and come to find out it was in the shop being serviced. What a waste of 5 hours of my time and a waste of a tank of gas. I’m still steaming!! Be wery of the promises they make before even visiting this dealership!!

    really bad customer service by Lois on 05/07/2020 made an appointment to see a particular car and after waiting an hour for some help, they tell me that... car is sold. Someone bought it right before I got there!!! REALLY????Then I took another for a test drive. I liked it, but it was more expensive. Lets crunch some numbers they say!They then tell you its 1500 more than the sticker!! WHAT!You also have to finance with them. After being there for three hours I walked out!!! BTW the car that was supposedly sold is still on the website and they are charging more money for it!!!!! NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! I sent them a letter and noone ever got back to me!

    Dishonest dealership. The manager abused the online services that the dealership offered due to the pandemic to attempt to scam customers into fraudulent... agreements that were not agreed upon by increasing purchase price and decreasing trade values.

    Did all negotiations via text because of Covid-19.I Was totally honest about my trade high mileage even under estimated my value according to Kelly Blue... book trade in. Was told to come in by appointment only, manger just needed to confirm trade everything was already in the computer. It would take 15/30 minutes tops Got there waited 45 minutes to talk to salesman price went up $6000 and trade went down to a ridiculous amount. I questioned the manger why would you tell me to come down to dealership if we are not even close. Told it’s the way they do things. Total scam and put me at risk during pandemic!

    The worst dealership that I've shopped at so far. I went in to buy a used Nissan and already done my research and knew exactly what I was interested in... and the price of the car (so I thought). I meet a salesmen outside while I was looking at the car I wanted we talked for a while and he told me how this was a great car and it was. I had notes with me and he asked me what the online price was so I showed him and he said well that's not the price, which caught my attention but I remained silent at this moment. We went for a test ride and went back to the sales department of the dealership and this is when it gets interesting. I was looking to trade in my current car which I already done my homework on and knew a range that it was worth. He started writing down numbers on a pad which was the price of the vehicle and an additional 1500 dollars, when I asked what the extra 1500 was he said its fees but don't worry about that look at the price of the car its a great deal he even went to KBB and showed me the value, I asked again what the extra 1500 hundred bucks was for he said its fees, I said for what he said for plates and other stuff and a Nissan certification fee. The online price had suggested KBB value -1700 savings off the price. So in reality it looks like your getting a great deal off the KBB price but after the so called "fees" its worked right back into the price so your paying almost 2000 more than the price tag on the car. Beware of the FEE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also tried to steal my trade in and offering me almost 2000 dollars less than what it was worth and the salesman told me you cant go by KBB its just a around about figure that they give you for the value of the car, but then again he showed me the KBB value of the car I was purchasing, so all in all KBB is good for them but not for me. Anyway do not go to this dealer if you do please do your research very well and pay attention to the "FEES"

    Add at least 3k to the advertised price. We called them and confirmed the price they said no extra fees only 395 document fee Awe drove 3.5 hours ... They have added about 3k in non since fee And the salesman, his name Orlando said are you expecting to pay As advertised

    The absolute worst experience. I wish I could tell every single person DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I read the reviews before going in and still decided... to give them a chance... what a stupid mistake. They put a wonderful price online, and when it got down to the pricing aspect, they give you a disgustingly high interest rate with a monthly payment that doesn't seem to add up. I had to go back again to try to negotiate the deal, and they barely gave me the time of day. I am buying a car, it is a big decision, I expect to have the numbers shown to me and explanations as to what I'm being charged for. They have you pay $1,500 for the service repair fee for their own car! Absolutely ridiculous to pay for a service repair fee for a car that isn't even mine yet. Be expected to pay a crazy amount more than what is priced online. Every time I came back and called them out on their prices they sighed and made me feel like a problem, I was treated like an incompetent person and felt like they were just trying to scam me the whole time. Buying a car shouldn't require going back to the dealership 3 times, multiple phone calls, texts, etc. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE GO HERE.
