Rachel Silva, (Customer Care Assistant) reached out to help but once I asked her just one question, she ghosted me. i left her several emails asking why she didn't want to help me anymore but nothing.
this is the worst dealer ship i have ever Delt with first of all they Enter my social securty wrong and tell me theres fraud on my social so we waited for the loan copanys to approve witch never happen beacause the enterd the wrong number so i called the lender and asked what was going on and thats how i found out they entered the wrong number so now i have financing took the van and now the transmission goes out took it back they said they would get back to me and never did finally i call and the guy tells me were looking for a trans mission another week goes by no call again i call and this time they say there not fixing they new it had a bad trasmission because they gave an exstened warranty with it hoping it would make it the 30 day 1000 miles buy it dident very very sketchey company the owner is the worst you have been warned go some where else.

Not happy with salesmen.
I offered a price. Salesmen agreed. I got there they said they ?forgot? dealer add ons! It cost me $1200 more than I expected to pay.

Service Department / Bad Experience
When I was trying to set up appointment for oil change, tire rotation and fuel pump, the service advisor/manager was not returning my calls. After I made appointment online, he called. I have had prior problems with this service advisor/manager in the past (in 2021) when he called back after almost one week and after my several calls and at least 6 voice messages which is absolutely not acceptable.

Customer service at its best!
Stopped in at 9:00am for a engine service light. I was told that it was only a bad spark plug. To replace the spark plug would only take about an hour. I was offered a loaner car to visit the Collection Mall for lunch while I waited for the repairs to be done. The repair took longer then an hour. So the Owner came out personally and offered his apologies. No charge for the work because of the time it took to get the job done. Customer service at it best.
