Terrible Service! Wasted my time. Got the run around for hours from multiple people who work there.. Sales manager received the plates for a test drive. When we were going back to the lot, he told us prices that are advertised are not the right prices to add 2k on top. Thats how they make their money and how they get people in. When I asked about the car I wanted it was 3500 on top of the false advertised price. Worse service ever! Shouldn't be allowed to do business like that give dealers a bad rep! Buyer Beware!!!! Don't trust them. They had no care in the world for wasting my time

Well this is one of the many fine print dealers you find in NYC. They mislead you into thinking the car is actually a great deal only to bamboozle you with the price is reflection of a huge down payment required to finance with them. Sleezy dealer with typical NYC pricing games.

Called the dealer three times in two days about a car which had an amazing price. A man told me I would be called back the same day. Not one call back. Having read the reviews it makes sense now. They should not be allowed to advertise on this website in my opinion. It is hard enough to find the right vehicle.

Saw a car on cars.com with an advertise price $9800 when in the dealer , price was starting at 18000 for the car , that's not acceptable , I made an hour and a half to get there , waist my time, don't waist your.

my wife and son went all the way to brooklyn, one hour r/t to try an accura listed for $7,995.00....nothing on the website states that that is the price only if you finance the car through them...they lost an easy sale as we were ready to purchase the car..spread the word about these charlatans...this is shameful

false advertisement , i was very disappointed, i saw two cars online, i called made an appointment, got there both of the cars were in the lot but the price were not the same. Complete BS. They need to be upfront so people won't waste their time.
