SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE I purchased my Kia many years ago through Roundtree Moore Kia in Lake City, and I have used their services for several years. Over this time, I have seen some people come and go, but their current employees are quite impressive. For example, the new Kia that I purchased at Roundtree Moore in 2019 has nearly 100,000 miles, which means my factory warranty will soon expire. I was concerned and unsure of what I should have done and or inspected before the end of my warranty. Alternatively, how could this change the future service of my vehicle? And of course, the question we all want to know: how much will this cost me? Filled with unanswered questions, I called the store and spoke to an Advisor named Megan. She was amazing! She was the most helpful person that I have dealt with, not just at Kia, but surpassing all of my recent customer service experiences. What was impressive was that Megan asked me what I needed and actually took the time to listen. She then made recommendations on the services that were offered and showed me how they differed. Megan made sure to explain how each service addressed my concerns. She then created what seemed to be a personalized service plan. I was highly impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. Lastly, she was so humble when I mentioned her great service that she was sure to give credit to Jeffery and all of the service technicians who make Rountree Moore Kia great. Thank you, Rountree Moore Kia, Megan, and Jeffery. Your service was outstanding today, and I remain your loyal customer.

I bought a '23 ram 2500 from them in September. I traveled from out of state to get this and it was missing a passenger side mirror. They told me that they had it already and it would be installed when I came to pick up the vehicle. I got there and no mirror. Then I was told it was due in a week, and they would get it to me. It is December now, and I HAVE TO BEG FOR AN UPDATE. Nobody will return my calls, no update on when the parts are due, and definitely no support. I feel like they got my money and could care less. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST BE A TRANSACTION WITH NO SUPPORT!!

The purchase with Mandie was flawless and professional. When it was time for my initial service Dezare and Christopher were excellent as well.

Look! We bought a brand new KIA from this dealership and done every bit of service with the dealership since we bought the car and when they did all the recalls the very next morning our KIA caught on fire! Electrical issue! smoking from under the passenger seat, melting wires! They towed it back and kept it for 54 days! and when we went to pick it up they had bypassed things to just get it to work partially and never fixed it 100%! KIA DEALERSHIP put 1,606 EXTRA MILES on OUR car and basically lied and stole from us! This was the first brand new car I bought for my Wife (Army Veteran)and 3 Kids! Do not trust this dealership! After everything we are still fighting with KIA over this issue and they have not done anything! Anything about it! Extremely upset! We have been fighting since Sept. 2024! Please spread the word! This is not a good dealership and they are flat out wrong! I'm a hard working husband of three kids who bought our VERY first new car and nicest car for them to be safe in and enjoy! Completamente decepcionada, mentiras y más mentiras, carros usados vendidos como nuevo un seltos 2022 casi a 35,000 no lo puedo creer con un millaje alto y nadie puede ayudarte porque te estafan más y más, tengan cuidado, ojo vean hasta las letras más pequeñas antes de firmar y pregunten por cada número que vean, no se confíen porque les hablan bonito, como si les estuvieran ayudando, kia Lake City tengan cuidado u cheque ofertas de otros lugares osea agencias, nos atraparon y nos hicieron creer que el precio sería bajo, ooooooo trendo susto que le subieron 15 mil más de precio acordado... ojooooo

Went to car lot for a 2016 Chevy trac 10500 approximately. Couldn't finance me on that but oh could on a 2021 jeep compass for 28000 for 1500 down and 6 to 7 a month . HOW?????.Really
