Terrible dealership, avoid at all cost.

Terrible dealership, avoid at all cost. I originally spoke with tom , he was very evasive and rude , he literally wouldn’t let me get a word out . Was told they had the vehicle I inquired about ,drove 2 hours just to have Kelly the sales manager call me 30 mins away from dealership to say they just sold the vehicle, shady dealership tactics to bait and switch then tried to show me an entirely different vehicle .Please don’t waist your time ! Nothing but lies and broken promises from this dealership.

Terrible dealership, avoid at all cost. I originally spoke with tom , he was very evasive and rude , he literally wouldn’t let me get a word out . I had a scheduled appointment to test drive a specific

I had a scheduled appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. Despite confirming the appointment and arriving on time, I arrived to see another person driving away in the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive. They attempted to explain this with the lie that they “cannot” turn away a test drive request. I tried to give them another chance and eventually drove the vehicle but then they attempted to sell the car with the typical useless add-ons for thousands more. They also did not complete scheduled maintenance that was due and lied about the maintenance being necessary even though it is clearly documented in the owner’s manual – this is for a CPO vehicle. You’re better off buying a used car from a snake oil salesman. The entire dealership is filled with liars, incompetents, or both. I dealt with several people here - there isn’t a single decent one. Don’t waste your time here. They have no respect for themselves and will not have any for you.

Thank you for your feedback however we wanted to clarify that all vehicles new or used are available for test drive with or without appointments. We want to make sure all customers have the opportunity for a test drive if the like. Also all listed products on the addendum are optional and it clearly states this. Again we work hard on being transparent and honest with our customers. Also all CPO vehicles go thru a 160pt inspection and we offer the inspection report for viewing. It would not pass CPO standards if we did not complete the necessary repairs. Sorry you were not happy with your visit but slandering the dealership is not a fair way to express your feelings. We suggest you call in if you would like to discuss more. We would reach out but we do not see your name in the review.

I would not recommend bringing your car to this

I would not recommend bringing your car to this dealership for service. I brought my car to them complaining about the transmission. The service department came back and stated that the problem was in the clutch and flywheel, which coincidentally is not covered under the warranty. I took the car to a different mechanic for a second opinion who stated that the problem is clearly a transmission concern. Finally after taking the car to a different more reputable dealership they fixed the transmission problem and confirmed that my clutch was in good shape. Avoid this dealership for service.

This dealership deserves zero stars.

This dealership deserves zero stars. I dealt with Tom (sales attendant), Bernardo (finance manager), Chaz (sales manager) and ultimately the owner, Marty Napleton himself. They use unethical business practices designed to mislead consumers on the cost of their products, and ultimately felt the need to lie to us to cheat us out of $30. Yes, $30 - in the end, they felt they had to cheat us somehow, even if for only that amount. It was childish, cheap and deceitful. For full details of what happened to us, I am including my letter to Marty, as well as his response. You will notice in his response he does not even address the fact that Bernardo cheated us, but rather simply encourages me to enjoy my Mazda. Because we have documentation of our originally negotiated price as well as the new agreement in which they cheated us, along with two witnesses, we are filing a complaint against all parties involved with the Better Business Bureau. I am attaching screenshots of my mail sent to Marty along with his response as proof of our exchange. I encourage you to read my full letter to understand: (1) What is a fair negotiated price on a 2025 Mazda CX-5 and for gap insurance (2) The methods the dealership uses to mislead customers about the price of optional add-ons such as gap insurance during the financing process (3) The way in which they lied and cheated us, to avoid being cheated in the same way. Take a photo immediately of any paper they give you before you sign it, regardless of whether they insist they will be providing you a copy. Do not sign anything until you are sure they've written in your documents what they promised you verbally. Note that while I described Tom as a pleasure to work with, as soon as we left with the car, even Tom gave me the runaround, as did everyone else at the dealership. In the end, I asked Tom twice to resend a survey that he had asked me to fill out regarding my experience, and he ignored those messages. One more note: Do NOT believe any positive reviews you see on Google. One of this dealership’s tactics is to include in their negotiations (and this is also unethical), requirements that customers give five star reviews in exchange for a lower price.

I recently purchased new CX-5 Mazda .

I recently purchased new CX-5 Mazda . You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming " pushy salesman". And then....they don't come. Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push"anything on you. They're helpful. They're listen. They're accommodating. This was our experience with Oscar Rodriguez. Oscar was very forthcoming and patient. He provided 5 star service at every step. I highly recommend this dealership.

Rating should be a zero- sell less that quality cars. Major failure after 45 days and they refused any assistance. Would avoid buying anything at Napleton- not even a candy bar.

We were originally working with Alex.

We were originally working with Alex. When we ready, it happened that Alex was off. We worked worked with Tom and was able to get the deal we were looking for. The finance process was seamless as well. I will not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a car.

Our recent buying experience was great!

Our recent buying experience was great! The Sales Manager, Marty, was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with our many questions. Staff was was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Napelton Mazda in Liberty to family and friends.
