I have purchased 2 trucks from Ternary Ford.

I have purchased 2 trucks from Ternary Ford. Both experiences were good ones. But the maintenance and service leaves some doubt in my mind if I was to recommend them. Basically I took my Ford Maverick into them for an oil change. The oil change alone cost me over $91.00. When I expressed my displeasure on the customer service survey. They said if I would have showed them the coupon I could have saved $8.00, They sent me a letter telling me that they only charge the average or less on all of their prices for that area. I guess they figure I can't look up prices. They pretend to be customer based but when you bring up a reasonable issue they just dance around and say it's the economy or this is the cost we have to charge. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for your ford maintenance.

Salesman: Tom Pace Dishonest, misleading, lack of

Salesman: Tom Pace Dishonest, misleading, lack of communication Terrible experience trying to buy a truck from this dealership. I was strung along and lied to by Tom, the salesman. I am working night shift out of state and had seen a truck online that I was interested in buying. Tom reached out to me Wednesday and I let him know I was interested in it. Friday night, he sent me pictures of the truck after it had just come back from detailing. I told him I was at work but would put a deposit down the next morning when I got home. Saturday morning rolls around, and Tom texts me saying there’s another appointment on the truck. I told him I had the deposit ready, and he said his finance manager would call me in 5 minutes to collect the money for the deposit. Four hours go by with no response, and after a couple calls and texts to him, I eventually call the front desk at the dealership to find out the truck was sold out from under me. If they had been honest and told me they prioritize appointments over deposits, this could’ve been avoided. Be cautious if you’re an out-of-state buyer—this dealership might sell the vehicle before you get there and won’t let you know.

I had a part go out on my car that was a recall.

I had a part go out on my car that was a recall. I was not able to get it into the shop but they came to me! They had the best service and made me feel like they cared that I chose them for my business.

A REPUTABLE CAR SALESMAN!

Ed Rapien has been our salesman for 15 years for Ford-Mercury products. He is very professional, sells the cars for a fair price, helps with backing up any problems we have had, & I actually feel he is an honest car salesman.My only complaints are that Ford is no longer making sedans or the Mercury brand. These are not Ed's fault, however. Thank heaven they kept him when dealership was sold from Price-Gnade to Trenary.

Best Buying Experience

I had the best buying experience I have ever had at Jim Trenary Ford this week. I had the pleasure of having Dave (Internet Sales Manager) as my salesperson. He was so kind and genuine, there was absolutely no hassling or pressure from him on buying a vehicle. He had the two vehicles I requested to test drive, ready to go. I found the vehicle I wanted, and he made the buying experience quick and painless. I also must give kiddos to Mark McGavic (Finance Manger) as well as he was able to work his magic to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He was thorough and detailed when it came to the paperwork. He explained everything very clearly and was great to work with. Mark and Dave are very professional, and considerate, they are a wonderful team, and made the buying experience so great! I highly recommend this dealership.

Great Dealership To Work With

Great Dealership Great People. I drive nearly 100

Another excellent experience and Tom Pace and Brian made sure that my reservation for a Bronco came through as ordered. Great local folks and I’ll keep coming back. In fact I hope Tom will get me a heritage Bronco (not sport) in yellow!
