Do not go to their SERVICE DEPARTMENT I brought my "Prior Salvage" vehicle in for a VCM module claim as well as a warranty claim for replacing the door... latches. I would like to state that I have had 2 spinal surgeries so the way my seat is positioned is usually pretty uncomfortable for anyone else. I have owned this vehicle for over a year and it has passed EVERY Safety inspection I have had to get including the extensive review from the MO Department of Transportation. I called after picking up my vehicle because my seat was broken. It was leaned back and adjusted too far from me to reach the pedals. I am 5' 7" and I am very conscious of how my seat sits to ensure my own safety. When I called they said it was no problem to get it fixed. I work 2 jobs so it is impossible to get there before they close. A week and a half later I finally found someone to arrange bringing it in so I called to confirm that it would be okay. I was told that they were to busy and to make sure the following day to get there between 8-10 AM and they would make sure it was fixed. Upon her arriving they told her that 1 ) there was no note about this being handled but they would look at it. The pulled the car back into service and pulled the handle and rod all the way out and said it was bent and there was no way their service could have done it. Remind you I have NEVER had this issue before in the year I have owned it with myself or my husband driving the vehicle. NOW the seat only locks in the right hand side and when I brake the seat comes forward on me. I expressed to them it is a SAFETY Hazard but they say they are not liable. How is it if you drop you vehicle off in one condition that it is not their fault if it comes back in a lesser condition. I have switched to moving from the O'fallon store to the Moscow Mills due to the rudeness of the staff there and to arrange to have this fixed and my mom stand there and be talked to like she was an idiot. I with NEVER buy a Ford again and Both the Moscow Mills & O'fallon store will not receive ANY business from me and I advise you to be very careful as well.
I would recommend everyone that needs a new or used vehicle to visit Ed Rapien at Jim Trenary Ford. He found the vehicle I wanted at another dealership... and traded them to get me the vehicle I wanted. He fully demonstrated every option on my new vehicle for me. Thanks Again Ed!! :)
I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 online. Dave and his crew were amazing! Seamless process for out of state buyers. Two thumbs up!
This was by far 1 of the easiest dealing we have had buying a truck ever. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Ed was awesome to work with.
Before I purchased my truck I was told they would replace the center console cover and the tonneau cover. They did neither once the truck was purchased.... A week after the 45 day warranty was up the water pump went out. Three months after the truck was purchased the radio went out. Now eight months after purchasing the truck the transmission went out. There are just over 90,000 miles on the truck. I called the dealership because although you expect some issues, this is a lot. The salesman that sold me the truck no longer works here, but I was told there was nothing they could do and this is what I get for purchasing a used car by the general manager. If you are in a situation where you have to buy a used vehicle, do you want to trust these people with your investment? I wouldn't.
I made my second new Ford purchase from this dealership. My first was a Ford Focus, which I traded for a Ford Escape. I was very happy with the service... I received with both purchases. Mike Betts was excellent to work with in purchasing the Escape. He was pleasant, never pushy and answered all my questions regarding my trade and new purchase. I would highly recommend Mike Betts and this dealership. I have already recommended the above to a friend.
This guy sold a 45,000 dollar truck and completly ripped us off. I would of steered clear of this guy if I had any idea of what he was like.
This salesmen made promises during the sale he didn't deliver on. I can't believe I spent a years salary on a truck that they where unwilling to put a... hitch by the time I needed it.
Ed was awesome. We got his name from a friend of ours and he took really good care of us. I had a bit of a compilicated trade and they took care of it... no sweat. My finance guy was great also he explained my options but put no pressure on me.
Mike Betts was never pushy and he was always available. He always greeted me with a bottle of water and a smile. When we were talking dollars and deals... he sold me straight and didn't sugar coat if I asked for too much. I found him to be honest and realistic. I planned to put more down at purchase and he even told me why he wouldn't do that. I got a great deal at Jim Trenary Ford and I will definitely return when I need another vehicle. If you're in the market call and ask for Mike. I give him high marks in everything and I would definitely recommend him for a vehicle purchase!
