Purchased my SRX in 2012 and have regularly used their Service Department. Always great and courteous customer service. If waiting for your vehicle, comfortable waiting area with beverages. If your vehicle requires a longer service period, a courtesy vehicle is quickly arranged.

LIARS. TERRIBLE
Flew from New Orleans to purchase a denali that was suppose to be in perfect condition. They lied to us and said no damage or wear and tear. My husband got there and there was 4 dents, leather wear and stains. AWFUL.

We received excellent service from Dominic and Dan and also the best price for our tradein. The transaction was flawles. Dan delivered the car to our house and assisted with the setup. This is the best Cadillac dealer we ever dealt with.
Bait and switch
Nice showroom and staff but when you get to the numbers, things fall apart. Advertised online prices on used/CPO will get tacked on a $900 'reconditioning' fee so you can't possibly pay what they advertise. Shady bait and switch. Sad to waste the time. If they were honest about pricing they would easily earn my business. I've bought several used cars and never had this issue before. I believe all Napleton stores do this.

Salespeople that know customer satisfaction
I was looking for a car for my son. I stopped by to see August Blancas as he helped me find my last Cadillac. August listened to me and understood our budget. He made a couple of suggestions that were nice cars, but not quite the right fit for my son. The third vehicle was the charm. It met our needs in most every way. August is very skilled in the auto business and you will be glad you dealt with him. I will also say that Rachel kept the paperwork moving along to get me on my way as it was becoming a late evening. August then offered to personally deliver the car to my home so I could surprise my son with his Cadillac. What a surprise!
Truly a professional team
Recently purchased our second Cadillac from Napleton Cadillac (first was from Weil Cadillac before the change of ownership). We continue to experience highly professional, courteous and customer focused purchases and service with this dealer. Our Cadillac representative was August Blancas and did a great job of putting us in what we could afford and needed, not just what he could sell. He was patient with our purchasing timeline and kept in touch. The service team is also outstanding and we've experienced that with our previous SRX and now XT5. It is why we came back!

New Cadillac CT6
John was great he help me out so much been looking for a new vehicle after my lease was up on my impala. Took a look at the Cadillac ct6 and John knew which one I wanted and he made it happen. He even drove it to me I stay in Milwaukee and he didn’t won’t me driving all the way back to Illinois thanks John , hope u enjoy the spotted cow .
