On our way back from vacation took an hour detour to come see a vehicle listed at this lot. Drove through the lot for 20 min without any assistance from anyone. Parked went inside to find 3 salesmen right inside the door all scrolling on TikTok. After I said something I got an acknowledgement from one of them that just stayed seated and pretty seemed a tad bothered. Ask about the vehicle and after going and talking to I assume a manager, he stated it was at another dealership so he would have to have it brought down even though it was advertised on CARS and their main website as being at that dealership. Definitely didn’t appear they were worried about doing any business.

I selected a different car. Originally, I wanted a 2012 Chrysler 300. However, it was too old to finance without a huge down payment. So, instead, I bought a 2019 Cadillac XTS. I am very happy with my purchase! To boot, they even delivered it to my house! Nice!

Went to purchase new ford bronco January 26th. Completed buyers contract paid down payment. Sent title etc to lien holder and was told my car would arrive between the 9th & 15th of February. Called dealership February 6th regarding custom tags for the salesman to tell me my truck had accidentally been sold. A truck I had a contract on they signed and sent to my lien holder office. A truck that I had purchased insurance on.

I bought a car from Bolivar Ford a year ago. I loved the car. I paid 2000 dollars down and 390 a month. A year later I have no car because it broke down and it's gonna cost about 1500 bucks to fix. I took it to try to trade it for another one to find out that the car I still owe 11 thousand dollars on is not even worth 4000 dollars. They will put you in any piece of crap to get your money and sign the dotted line to give away your soul. They had a chance to help me and wouldn't so I would not recommend anyone buy a door hinge from them let alone a car!!

Todd Roberts 2nd truck I’ve bought always does a great job and does me right getting better deals now he has move locations bout the same truck I had with less mile from Todd and a better trim package for cheaper 200$ cheaper a mouth
