The service department was well run and thorough. I needed routine maintenance and a fender repair, so they needed the car for more than 1 day. I was ready to ask for a loaner car, but they offered one without me asking. That was a nice surprise since other dealers I've used in the past make you beg for a loaner. It was nice to get a video sent during the process with the technician explaining what they saw and what they recommended be done. That was a nice touch. The maintenance was done well, and the repair looked flawless.
