Rick made the experience of leasing my new cx-5 pleasant and stressfree. He gave me all the information I needed and answered my questions enabling me to make a decision to buy the beautiful car within my budget. Highly recommend Rick at Capistrano Mazda for a great buying experience.
Great service at Capistrano Mazda
My husband and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned SUV and after weeks of research and several test drives at different locations, came to Capistrano Mazda to test drive a Mazda CX-5. It was our first certified pre-owned purchase and Rick gave us all the information we needed and made the process very pleasant. Everyone we met at Capistrano Mazda was very helpful, friendly and professional. My husband and I had not been looking forward to the whole car-buying experience, but Rick and the team at Capistrano Mazda provided great service and made the transaction a breeze! We were very happy with the experience and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
I took my car for service, Great service! Nice people and friendly. The service was quick, it is lime other dealers, leave your car all day. Have never had any issues with this dealership.

Review of Capistrano Mazda
I had the best experience at Capistrano Mazda thanks to Whitney Bowens. She was friendly, easy to work with, no pressure, and provided great customer service from my first phone call until we drove away in our new car. She found us the right color, the best deal (No other dealer could beat it), and processed everything quickly. Seriously, I have bought several cars from dealers and have spent hours with the process. No lie, I think that I was out the door in 30 minutes. Paul Clark was the finance manager that processed everything. He was very professional, quick and to the point which was much appreciated. Whitney is awesome. She got us there, and she is the reason we will be buying from Capistrano Mazda again. Thanks!

Fantastic Customer Service at Capistrano Mazda
After seeing a lot of Mazda CX-5s on the road, we wanted to check them out in person. Otto Cedeno was a fantastic salesman. He was a great listener, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. The Capistrano Mazda showroom was also extremely clean and a pleasant experience to sit in, while we signed up the paperwork. All of the staff was friendly and willing to help us. We’d recommend this dealer to anyone!

The service department went above normal service when my catalytic converter failed after only $82,000 miles. It failed because another part failed and pumped a very rich fuel mixture thru my engine. The mechanical breakdown insurance covered the failed part but not the cat. The service department was able to get Mazda to cover the replacement of the catalytic converter.

Key not working
Our key was not working, only occasionally. They found that the reason was a bad cell in the car battery so they installed a new one. Problem solved. Thank you Alex you were terrific.
