I had a wonderful experience at Capistrano Mazda where I bought my certified pre-owned Mazda 3. Rick Katz was a very genuine, pressure free, friendly,... and knowledgeable salesperson. He listened to what I was looking for and my budget then started showing me car options. I went on quite a few test drives and he was patient with me . Rick made the whole buying a car experience easy and enjoyable. The showroom is modern and comfortable- we got drinks and snacks and my fiance watched the baseball game while we did the paperwork! I love my new car and I???m so glad I went to Capistrano Mazda !

Very pleased with my first visit to the dealership. Unique clutch problem with my 2006 Miata MX-5 which was assessed with a solution within a couple of... hours, and the new parts were delivered the next day while I was provided a new loaner car for transportation. Fredy Campos is a true professional in the auto service industry and was involved with my repair every step and keep me informed during the work. My vehicle will go back soon for regular maintenance. They earned my loyalty.

I had asked a few other other dealerships about a MX5 RF with selected features and in my color choice since they debuted in 2017. No one seemed to be... able to get it for me. Then I tried Capo and A.J. thought outside of the box to get me a 2019 delivered. I signed the paperwork on my birthday. To add icing on the cake Paul made the financing a painless process and set up a financing deal at my target monthly payment with a rate under my unspoken target. Awesome work!

Rick went so far as to create a video tour of the car I was asking about, and he was very friendly! When I went to test drive it, it was a very pleasant... experience, and when I went back later to finalize everything, it was streamlined and easy!

We had a late night incident on a Friday with our new CX-5 that resulted in a punctured tire on sidewall so it was unrepairable. I called service on Saturday... morning and worked with Cyrene (Service Advisor) and she agreed we could tow car back to my dealer for replacement. They were very busy that day but she did as she stated and squeezed me in for repairs. She was very sincere and really cared about helping out me as a customer and satisfying my needs as we were planning to head back to inland empire that Sunday. Cyrene was an absolute perfect example of what your business and any customer could want from unplanned service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, stayed on top of our concern and went the extra mile to make a bad situation tolerable and pleasant for this customer. It was my first visit and impression of your service and all interactions were A+++++. Thank you Cyrene, the dealership is lucky to have you. So YES I'd recommend their service.
