I took my car for ac service and did not fix the problem instead they replaced parts that were properly good and the reason was it low on Freon and will not do anything to correct the problem they will not do anything to fix the problem

Cool sales people, lame service dept
Sales team is cool. The service dept is TRASH. Location is only 5 minutes from my house, thats why I would take both my Maxima & the new Altima I purchased from them there. The service dept is rude & lazy. I never waited that long just to pay a service bill, if I known they were going to take that long I would've made in appointment to pay

Sales team Played games
Terrible, we were trying to deal on a Rogue Platinum and two sales guys worked with us. One would quote a deal, leave, and the other would come to talk to us with a different deal. They played games with us by making us wait and wait and then each one would quote a different deal. They called themselves working as a team. Worst experience we have ever had trying to buy a new car. Their game playing caused us to go to Honda. We bought a Honda CRV Touring when we could have been driving out with a Rogue Platinum. The game-playing sales team played us as fools, but we fooled them and left--never to return. This happened around March 2022.

Buyer beware, things get lost in translation with this group of salesman. Will lie to the extent to get a sale. Do not recommend Clay Cooley of Nissan of Irving. Also, the manager is horrible.
