Lincoln does not stand behind there product. Very disappointed in the Lincoln and the dealership. Horrible when my brand new car is in service more than... in my hands.
Rich was very cordial and helpful. I never feel anxious when it time to service my Escape because everyone is so friendly. I love my 2014 Escape from... the moment my I purchased it. No buyer regret at all. Rich actually walked me over to the porta john! My Tech, Rick Sens was great. He was very throw and I'm thrilled with my inspection. Thanks to everyone at the dealership. The dealership is currently under renovation which makes things a little messy and hard to maneuver around. However the salesman made every effort to make... it a good experience. It did take several days from my initial inquiry through CARS.COM before anyone contacted me, but in the end it all worked out well.
