Service Department

The Service Manager, Ralph kept me informed and explained to me what was needed on my car. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend this service department to everyone I know because of how Ralph took care of me and treated me.

Best place to buy or lease a Chevy

This is our 7th Chevrolet from Maritime Chevrolet. They are honest and easy to work with. They are reliable and do what they say. They give great service and we feel like family. I would have a hard time going anywhere else!

Lying service manager

Service manager (Ralph Cascella) refused to even look at my new Chevrolet under warranty and told me to take it back where I bought it. Which was out of state during the height of covid in an internet transaction. I told him that and he told me he wouldn't help me anyway. When I asked to speak with the owner he stated "you want the owner you find him". Which I did, and Cascella proceeded to lie right to my face and told the owner he was trying to help me. I bought four vehicles at this dealership including a new Corvette in 2013. I will never step foot in this dealership again witheir lying service manager. Go to Milford Chevy, they're excellent. Fixed my car immediately.

Service manager Ralph Cascella was rude and...

Service manager Ralph Cascella was rude and unprofessional. Told me to take a new Chevrolet under warranty back to where I bought it (out of state during height of Covid) and that he wouldn't help me. When I asked for the owner he said "you want the owner you find him". Then he lied right to my face to the owner and said he was trying to help me. I bought four cars from this dealership including a new Corvette in 2013. Never again will I step foot in there. Go to Milford Chevrolet, they immediately took my car in, ordered the parts and fixed it.

Service advisor Marissa is unprofessional and rude to...

Service advisor Marissa is unprofessional and rude to customers and staff. While waiting for an oil change it took over an hour for the vehicle to be pulled into shop and was only pulled in after I asked the her about my vehicle and her giving me attitude in return. She then went into the shop and could be seen yelling with my repair order in her hand as if it was an inconvenience she had to do her job.Will not be returning.

Had a fantastic experience at Maritime Chevrolet! Everyone was great - not pushy, personable and I couldn't have made a better decision on where to purchase my vehicle. Mike Atkins is GREAT! Great salesman and a pleasure to work with him.

New truck purchase!

Out of state purchase went smoothly, no surprises. Was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle that I haven’t seen especially since it was not even on their lot yet! Truck was as promised. Horacio was always available when I had a question. Would definitely recommend.
