Very smooth and professional experience.

Very smooth and professional experience. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the straightforward approach and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Since Car Five has multiple dealerships (since same company)I want to share with our experience with Car Five in Nashua NH Beware and stay away !!! Wife was unsatisfied with this company.Never same person to talk with as we did have a salesperson.It was a phone tag situation.Communication was horrible.Very aggressive and rude!!! We gave a $500 deposit and with no receipt signing or paperwork stating it was non refundable we lost $500 as we decided not to purchase car there.Our credit card statement said for gas not deposit. So we paid for a gas bill for $500 that upset us. They also had called and said we can’t take the car until the check clears from the bank where we got approved for the loan that was really disappointing and really upset us because that’s not correct.Then someone different called and said we can take the car home the same day. The way the deal was going ,with all the run around and different things said we felt we needed to not to continue to purchase as we felt if they could be this scummy and pushy. So we lost the down deposit and try to fight it so beware when dealing with them and look at and for paperwork not to be accurate.As a company person I am I would of given deposit back due to all the chaos we had to deal with. They have multiple dealerships so they only care about money not satisfaction. So we went somewhere else got treated like we should and bought a BMW

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with 69000 miles on it as well as the extended warranty ontop of the dealerships 2500 mile warranty back on May 16th and now that car will not pass my state inspection the dealership expects me to have the car towed over 200 miles or to drive it back to New Hampshire knowing that is leaking transmission fluid or differential fluid onto the exhaust pipe which is a fire hazard instead of waving my 100$ deductible to cover the cost of the extended warranty fee. Poor customer service and shady salesmen I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Carfive or buy another car from them in the future

Gave one star because they wouldn’t let me give zero.

Gave one star because they wouldn’t let me give zero. 3 months after buying the vehicle along with the extended warranty carfive sold us there was a cracked head. No problem… things break. Had it towed to carfive. Rather than repair the head or put a new head on it they decided to put a new used engine in because it’s easier, more cost effective for them, and less labor intensive for them. They gave us no choice and took the engine out of the car in the pictures attached. We were given zero information about the vehicle the engine came out of until we demanded the VIN. 2 days later there was a puddle of gasoline under the car engine leaving my son stranded on the side of the road again. Fortunately the vehicle didn’t explode. Back to the shop. Carfive refuses to work on the vehicle anymore. 3 weeks later the transmission is toast… probably caused by the wngine replacement and installation which the car never needed. After 3 weeks in the shop the warranty company sent the wrong transmission. So we’re looking at another 3 weeks before it’s fixed. Carfive refuses to take the car back… what does that tell you about the confidence they have in the work performed. We can’t sell the car because he still owes $23000 on it and by putting the mangled engine in it it is now valued at $12000. $11000 in negative equity in 6 months. My poor 18year old son is paying in excess of $800 for the car and insurance and it has literally spent more time in the shop and on the back of a tow truck than he has spent driving it. Cardive refused to honor their 1 year warranty, accept any responsibility for this happening, has refused to do anything to make it right other than to do us the favor of never touching the car again with their incompetent hands. If you’d like to be bent over and screwed as hard as you can be then you have my full recommendation of giving cardive your hard earned money. Bit of you would like a reliable vehicle and quality customer service and compassion and professionalism I suggest you run as fast as you can away from carfive. They are incompetent thieves.
