Buyer beware

They sold me a car with a faulty transmission. They refuse to do anything about it or even return my calls. Do not buy from here.

Overcharged

My F150 was making a noise. They told me I had a bad bearing and replaced it. $500. Also that my rear differential was shot and it would be $2500. I called someone with connections at a different dealership and took it to them. The rear differential was fine, but they did find a broken spring on the struts. This wasn’t noticeable on the wheel when they “fixed” the front end? We’ve bought three vehicles from Legacy in the last 8 years. I’m very disappointed.

Water pump replacement

Traveling from Fla to Somerset Ky driving our Ford F150, just outside Corbin our Water pump failed. It took 2 1/2 he's for AAA to come haul our truck 2 miles to Legacy Ford. Near closing time Shawn McCoy took our information, arranged for Enterprise to pick us up, rent a car, and check on our warrenty. Then after closing he took me to where I left my trailer, brought it to the dealership where it would be safer. He kept me posted about repairs and notified me when it was ready. Shawn turned a bad situation into something bearable. Thanks, Don Morgan

Need an Umbrella?

I stopped with no intention what so ever of buying the car I bought. I was just driving the lot during a thunderstorm, when a Salesperson,Chris came to the window of my vehicle, it’s poring the rain and he is dead set on knowing what I’m looking for and the info. I do have to say I appreciated the dedication and customer service. Drove out that day with a great car and saved a lot of money from where I had been shopping. The closing process was as quick as could be expected and very experienced finance person. Could not be more happy with a car buying experience.

No More!!!!!

Loved taking our vehicles for service when Ra'Nae worked there. However, we no longer take our vehicles there bc she's no longer there. I can't say I blame her for leaving. I witnessed her being treated disrespectful on a few different occasions!!!

Confused and no return email

Looking at a used car, email correspondence over a couple days. That was October 10th, I got busy with work and sent an email on October 15th to confirm availability of car and next steps in the process, today is October 18th and I have sent 2 additional emails since the 15th with no response to my emails, also by the time I'm off work and can call,the dealer is closed. Initially it was very quick response, wanted to get me to the dealer, etc. I am 7hours away and wanted to get everything squared away before I make the drive to KY. Confused and disappointed.

Great Experience

I just bought a new Lincoln MKT from Legacy ford/Lincoln in Corbin, KY and I had the best experience. Ricky Frederick was wonderful. He was honest, kind, and down to earth. New car

I gave Jacob the stock number of a new car . He brought me the car,after test driving it, it was just what I wanted. The other staff members were so nice and answered my questions, and put me at ease about trading my old car in(10 years old)getting back to a car payment, and loving all the new features of my new car.
