Emailed inquiring about a 2017 KIA on Cars.com . Confirmed both price and availability. Start email communications with sales consultant. First I'm... told they can't match my credit union's finance rate for the price of the car, but can get it close. First Red Flag. Next I'm told my trade (which they had me get pics of and the VIN etc) was worth $$2300-2500 less than what I've been offered by 2 other dealerships and $2800-$3000 below Kelly and NADA values. After back and forth "miraculously they get trade to same price as other dealers. 2nd Red Flag! Next we get to the numbers and even after telling sales consultant 2 separate times I want 60 months only he tries passing by 72 months Red Flag 3. Then at 60 months the payments are not adding up, not even close. Finally it comes out the online price is after your "required $3000 cash down payment!! I could not believe how much time was wasted. Total stereotypical dealership. This is why some get such a bad reputation. Beware of the deceitful practices!!
CARS ARE IN NEED OF MANY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. BUY FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP, NOT A JUNKYARD. THE REPAIRS THEY DO ARE HORRIBLE. PAINT WILL COME OFF,... BONDO WILL FALL OUT ETC. HAVE A REAL MECHANIC CHECK IT OUT OR JUST DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL. PLEASE DONT GET SCREWED.

The customer service staff at this vehicle service center are unresponsive, unprofessional, and communicate poorly. Over the course of the two weeks... that they had my car, I did not receive a single call about the status of my vehicle. This started with the very first day I dropped it off when I was assured I would receive a call by the end of the day to let me know what was wrong. I did not receive that call. Nor did I receive any of the subsequent follow-up calls that the receptionist promised me the multiple times I called and she said my service representative was unavailable. Twice it sounded like the receptionist was guessing about the status of my car instead of putting me in touch with someone who knew what was going on. She told me on different occasions that parts were ordered and repairs started. Not only were these both untrue, but at those points in time, I had not approved any repairs. Imagine my frustration upon hearing this since I was assured when I dropped off my car that nothing would happen without my approval. Finally, three completion dates came and went with my car still not being ready. And, when it finally was "ready" for pickup, it didn't drive straight when I test drove it (they replaced the rack and pinion). The mechanic was nice enough when he explained the mistake that he made when installing some parts, and I suggested leaving my car over the weekend to pick up on Monday. Since I had already signed paperwork to pickup my car and paid for the repairs, I asked for documentation that they would be keeping the car over the weekend. The service staff were rude and argumentative when faced with this request. Particularly Jemale Thomas - who not only yelled at me, but, yelled at another customer while I waited for my car. They expected me to leave my car there for an additional two days without any proof or documentation that they were keeping it to fix a mistake they made when repairing it. Ultimately, I was forced to waste a Saturday and sit in a waiting room for hours until the car was ready. Other than receiving a "repaired" car that didn't drive straight upon pickup, I can't speak in detail about the quality of the repairs performed here. But I can speak about the quality of the customer service provided, and, it was frustrating at best and rude at worst. Only bring your car here if you're a fan of the "jerk the customer around for an extended period of time and yell at the customer when the customer gets frustrated" business model.

I went to look at a vehicle that was priced at $32,000, i called and talked to their online leasing and buying manager and told her that I live 2 hours... away and will only come down if my payments will be under $400 per month, the online leasing and buying manager had me fill out their online section and assured me my payments would be $395 per month with my down payment. So I took the drive, upon arrival I was greeted by a sales associate named Claudia and went to take the car for a test drive. There were issues that nobody mentioned (faulty tire sensor, worn tires, air conditioning not working, cooled seat not working, sunroof broken, rear headrests missing) keep in mind this is a 2015 escalade with 44,000 miles. So i took it upon myself to run a carfax and found out the vehicle had failed safety inspections and was involved in a collision resulting in front end damage. Surprise surprise!!! The sales person told me that everything would be fixed (other than the accident history of course) and tires would be replaced, so I was really interested and still wanted the car. We go back to the showroom to finalize the deal and all of a sudden she starts putting numbers together and the total ends up being over $40,000. I mentioned to her what I was promised by their online leasing and buying manager prior to taking the 2 hour trip and showed her screenshots of what I filled out on their website stating my payments would be $395 per month, so she allegedly went to speak to a manager and showed him the screenshots i took, she comes back saying "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do" that I was misinformed by the online leasing and buying manager and that their website was not accurate with the payments. Total waste of time and very misleading. Not to mention the vehicle being way over priced seeing the failed inspections and accident history. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Walked in today to buy a used Kia. The price online was right. Then after test drive they say that the advertised price does not include 3000 fee. Crazy... town. I told them it was not in cars.com details and Courtney pointed out that the fine print does state..” may not be accurate”. That surely does not include intentionality misrepresenting the price online which is wire fraud.

I went in pre approved from auto navigator for a car that was 13000 my down payment was 4 thousand I gave them the money and was told come get it tomorrow... 2 days went by no car and they asked for another 3500

I purchased a car online, and confirmed over the phone. I received an email confirmation for the scheduled delivery time. After two or three emails went... without reply, I called to confirm. They gave me some details but reported someone would call back with the name of the financing company which my insurer wanted. Nobody called. The next day, I wrote again and did not hear any response again. I called and the person sounded confused and said someone would call back. The car did not arrive, nobody called. I wrote several more emails asking where my car was and nobody has responded at all. I'm speechless.

Fake Prices... Made an offer on a work van that was damaged on front and rear bumpers. The salesperson didn't even acknowledge my offer and said there... is no negotiating, the price is the price AFTER a mandatory $2,995 down payment? All prices shown are WITHOUT the extra $3k. Never heard of anything like this.

How does the price jump from$14,995 to $20,000 this place is a complete scam. The dealer was forcing me to believe that I must take these addons when in... fact it is not true. I'm upset because I fell in love with the car however the wind shield was cracked all the way across which it does not show in photo. Think twice before you go to this specific dealership.
