Mr Blum. My son loves the car. There were 2 active recalls on the car so I scheduled an appointment with Lexus of Knoxville. I asked them to run a diagnostic on the car. They found the water pump needed to be replaced. Radiator cap was also leaking. Not uncommon in a car this old and not a complaint on my part. When you installed new tires someone should have pointed out that the right front wheel was bent to the point that it would eventually cause the tire to blow out. We had to buy a new wheel however. I saw the damage on the wheel at your place so I knew it was damaged, just not the extent. We did get a second key fob made because only one key is very bad if you lose that one key. Our total investment after having a key made by a locksmith and repairs at Lexus of Knoxville, $2,442.00 As for the power windows. I suggest you search YouTube. When a new battery was installed it causes the window malfunction. Go to each individual window. They work on their individual switch. Hold the button down until the window goes down, then continue to hold the button down for 10 seconds. This reprograms that window and it will then work from the drivers panel switch. Repeat process for the other three doors. A used car is a used car. We had to fix some things but my son and I are happy with our purchase and yours and Greg’s service and hospitality.

Max went way over the sun and moon to get what I wanted for the price I wanted he jumped through hoops and pull strings I have never seen such great customer service, all the salesmen we're all super helpful super friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone if they needed anything to do with cars!!!
