Davidson Ford is the best
I had the pleasure of working with Matt Rupp in Sales to trade in my 2018 Escape for a new 2021. He treated me really great. He is not aggressive and worked with me with ease. He explained everything very thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision and I very much felt that I could trust him. He was more than willing to work with me to make a deal that I was happy with so that I could have the vehicle that I wanted. I highly recommend Davidson Ford from sales to service, I have had excellent experiences there and will be a forever customer.

Apparently a check engine light on a vehicle you purchase from them means that they no longer want to talk to you. Purchase the Platinum Warranty also to make sure they don't return a call.

I purchased my 2018 ford escape on 11/23/20. I went through Matt Rupp. Wonderful person. He was very patient due to my work schedule. He got my car from the Watertown dealership and saved the car for me to test drive it for the next week. Matt was very professional, I felt no pressure to buy the car. Matt is a very personalable person. If you happen to go here please ask for Matt. Wonderful experience. 5 stars.
Extended warranty on recently purchased vehicle with disappearing deductible if work completed at Davidson Ford. Within 5,000 miles had transmission fluid leak, drove in to get fixed. No loaner vehicles available for a week. Later spoke to "service manager" and discussed dropping vehicle off to be looked at, dropped off vehicle, recieved a call - was told covered under warranty and part would be in tomorrow, got off the phone thinking it would be fixed tomorrow, was called back shortly thereafter and told "due to the strenuous relationship Davidson would not be working on my vehicle and it was ready to be picked up", have sent numerous emails regarding this instance and other issues with no response. Terrible experience.

i drove 1.5 hours to buy a car from Kevin. i had never bought a car and knew little about the process. kevin was amazing and walked me through every step. he was kind, personable, honest, and a great guy to do business with. i would absolutely buy another car and work with these guys again! amazing service.

You are not allowed to wait in there waiting room while your vehicle gets serviced. I don’t live in area. Had to walk around outside in the cold.

2017 Ford Escape
2017 Escape power lift gate not closing completely. Took it in 2 times left it all day got it back still not closing completely. Disappointing
I have had my 1999 Mustang in the shop 4 times in the past 3 months for the car overheating. I’m very unhappy with the service - they never fixed the problem - they even recommend extra service repairs. $1700.00 and now it’s the head gasket - they want $3500 plus tax - I feel as though I am being ripped off - very dissatisfied -

I went in for a noise on my front drivers side front wheel suspecting a bearing. They said it was a bearing. They said it was the passenger side. When I picked up the truck the noise was still there. They replaced the wrong bearing and wouldn't admit their mistake. Very bad customer service and my truck still has a bad bearing.
