Liars

This dealership is completely out of control, Renee was our salesman and he lied to us. Stating that the car we were looking at was on the lot for a month, I looked into it and they had the care for 157 days. They change the price several times. In December it was 14995, then they raised it in March to 15995, and then dropped it again to 14995, and once again raised it back to 15995. I asked Renee about this and his words were "OH"! I am very thankful that they did not accept my 14000 dollar offer. When the used car market returns to normal they will turn into vultures picking the meat off the bones of unsuspecting victims.

Nope. Never again.

Sold me a car with a "clean carfax report". The car had been in THREE accidents and was very damaged. Smelled very bad inside, was told that it would get better. It never did. $6,500 down the drain.

Great service.

Derek took care of my fiancé and myself in getting a new car at a great price and rates. Also, after purchasing allowed us to take it to our mechanic with the promise to fix anything that our mechanic found!

Buyer beware - poor customer service, overpriced

12/14/2020 I went to Carzone to look at an online vehicle, 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. Took it for a test drive, and bought and paid for it - $9200.00. It had a 'due bill' to repair the fender wheel well and the 'service stabilitrak' computer message displayed on dash. It had some other issues noted to George and I wrote about the defroster connector on hatch was broken. It also came back because the engine check light came on as I drove it home from off the car lot. They were suppose to repair it. It was left with them for nearly 2 weeks. They said they did the repairs, but the engine check light and the service stabilitrak message was still showing. I took to my mechanic to repair it for now I do not feel the work would have been done taking it back to Carzone. Pablo said to send him copy of invoice and he would submit for reimbursement. Once I did this, no feedback, no communications, no returning messages, or phone calls. That is what it seems to be once they get the money paid for a vehicle they run, they won't call back, they won't return calls or text messages. What Carfax shows on auto reports does not show unknown conditions or repairs not done to said vehicle. You cannot rely on a Carfax report as being a vehicle is a good deal, and condition as they report them. If you buy or even look at vehicles to buy from Carzone, take it to your mechanic before you sign that dotted line. BUYER BEWARE. I was RIPPED OFF my repair bill was just over 1100.00 and they will not respond back. Reviews will be continued to be left online websites. Also have not gotten my title to this vehicle as it was paid in full, registration fees were paid to NV DMV.

Avoid them

I found the car i wanted but it’s like going back in time to the film used cars. I did buy it and now the DMV clerk who works occasionally can’t provide my pink slip. They charged a bogus process fee. I would avoid them like measles
