Very bad experience, I will never buy a car again

Worst possible place to buy cars!! I bought a car by the car delivery method. Two days after being with the car notice some problems such as trepidation while driving, the air conditioning did not work and the car completely dirty inside and to my surprise the salesman no longer answers my calls, does not respond to emails and messages. They simply handed over the car and gave no support and the problem stayed with me. Now after three weeks just said, you need to go to mechanic. Terrible!!


Friendly, Trustworthy, and Patient

I have gotten my car serviced at Strong Auto for many years, so when it was time to buy a "new to me" car I knew that I couldn't trust anyone else. Kris and Mark were so helpful and patient with my many questions. They made the process easy!

I am originally from central Kentucky but now live in South Carolina. When I am home, I always make sure to stop and get my car serviced at Strong Auto. Kris Woolum is the co owner/manager and always provides friendly, trustworthy, and prompt service. My mother still lives in Kentucky and only gets her car serviced at Strong Auto. When I make my next car purchase, I won't go anywhere else other than Strong Auto!


Get 💪 “STRONG”

Flew to Lexington from Central FL to buy our Ford Edge. Moved to FL in 1999, but always go back to Strong Auto to buy vehicles. My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from there. I bought my 2018 F - 150 there last year and the Edge in December. Love both vehicles. Sales staff there have been great each time we have been there. The owner and Mgr Kris went out of their way to make our purchases great. Worked to find the best financing available, beating other dealerships that we visited at home for comparison. Highly recommend Strong Auto!

worst car buying experience ever!!!

sold me a car 5k over its value. Promised to fix a problem with car. did not keep their promise. when worked on car did not put it all back together. worst car buying experience ever!


DONT buy from here

Purchased an SUV here about 2 months ago, the mechanics trick buyers right into purchasing xxx vehicles. They were honest about the dent on the back bumper interfering with the park assist back up sensor, so we knew about that, but in about 5 miles down the high way the park assist light came on letting us know to get it checked out, the check engine light came on, and the tire pressure monitor sensor came on, all during the drive home. The mechanics cleared all of the codes so when it was test driven they wouldn't come up, but as soon as we drove it off the lot the dash board light up. Since buying the vehicle, we have had to put $2500 into it, and now the transmission is now about to go out, so luckily we got insurance on it (I am told the insurance company is awful to work with, and we will have to fight for months to get coverage) but hopefully we will be able to get that replaced at little cost thanks to the insurance. This place is awful and you should NOT purchase from here.


Get a real Car Fax!!!

Purchased our SUV in April, had a great transaction & have been very happy until we found out some shocking info. We discovered one of our doors wouldn't lock with key fob & took it to the dealer to be fixed since it was something our warranty would cover. They got into the door then ran a car fax & found our SUV had been involved in an accident 3 months prior to us purchasing it! We had the "car fax" that strong auto gave us that listed things before & after the accident but it conviently left off the accident. Our warranty we bought won't cover the parts and anything on that same side may/may not be covered now because of this accident. Surprisingly the owner refuses to return any phone calls. Now we have a large repair bill that we have to pay.
