I went in for my 18,000 mile oil change and to take care of a "recall" related to the fuel gauge. The dealership is clean, provide water/coffee and doughnuts.... The person in charge of checking me in was able to modify what was done first (i.e. My appointment was at twelve and the recall issue could not be done until people returned from lunch. She was able to send my car to get the oil change first to expedite the process). They were able to get a shuttle to drop me off at Sizzler so I could eat and do some light shopping while my car was being worked on. I felt that they were willing to meet my needs and answer any concerns/questions I had.

Funny getting an email asking to do a review, after the last review of the dealership being negative. The day of buying the car was easy. The week fallowing.... xxxx. Lack of communication on the dealer ships part. They dropped the ball big time. Lost my information. Had to keep resending it. Had to take time off from work, to fix the dealers mistake. Now the car is 18 months old, less then 12,000 miles and an oil consumption test. The dealer dropped the ball on how it goes down for the test. Then trying to say we can?t miss our service. We make ever six months, being the car does not make the 6000 mile mark in 6 months. Now to top it off the head unit is starting to act up. No back up camera, phone won?t sink, via Bluetooth or the patch cord. I have told family and friends not to get a Subaru or to deal with Modesto Subaru. I feel this Crosstrek will not last 10 years, I feel I will be lucky if it last 4 years. Don?t by a Subaru, don?t buy from Modesto Subaru.

We have a full service warranty. Modesto Subaru went over and above. They had the vehicle towed to their facility. Since we only have the single car... they arranged for a loaner until they could get the part and install it. Everything went just as smoothly as possible. Would we recommend Modesto Subaru; you bet.

There was no pressure from the Sales group. We worked on a mutual agreement that was satisfactory. The personnel are friendly and helpful.

Great buying experience. The only reason they didn't get 5s all the way across is because the cars are so computer controlled that it took a long time... to get all of the instructions. Other than that, great experience. Sales person was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the features and systems.

Found the car on Friday. Saturday I flew into Sacramento. Brenda picked me up, drove 2hrs back to Modesto. A couple hours later I was on my way. Modesto... Subaru did a GREAT job.
