Excellent in service and dealership is beautiful. No complaints ever from sales, to service. Everyone is professional and courteous. Having the coffee area while you wait is a nice perk.

There is nothing like having your air conditioned go out

There is nothing like having your air conditioned go out during the heat of summer and only in town for 5days. Not only did we have the use of a GLC courtesy car but we had our car back within 72 hours! Exceptional service.

Always a good experience, but please if I leave my car

Always a good experience, but please if I leave my car with a full tank of gas with you. Please have the common courtesy to refill it. You used 1/2 a tank over the weekend and returned to me with 1/2 a tank. When I take your loaner car , I have to return with a full tank!!

Getting an intermittent warning for no apparent reason.

Getting an intermittent warning for no apparent reason. Service could not identify any cause. I was hopeful that a root cause could be located. However that was not to be.

The dealership provided a complimentary loaner although

The dealership provided a complimentary loaner although there was a charge for fuel used. There was also a 50 mile limit on the range of the loaner.
