We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved to Troy and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific K5. They didn’t have the exact one I wanted and I was in need of one immediately so we ended up not making a purchase here. I wanted to write a review though because Chuck was so friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to have the one I wanted delivered to the dealership for me in 1-2 days. Had I not been in such a bind I’d have accepted his offer. I will definitely keep his information for future reference and I would happily refer friends and family to him as well.

We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved to Troy and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific K5. Everyone and everything was perfect! We will highly recommend!! Especially grateful for the thorough explanations of all of the tech products in the car that we have never had. We never felt rushed.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car at Federico Kia and could not be any happier that I found this car at this dealer. My sales associate was Josh Binnion and he was very helpful with all my questions about the vehicle and quoted me a fair trade in value on the car I was trading in. The dealership was over a 4 hour drive from me and I was not disappointed. Josh Binnion and Devin Blazier were great to work with and both made sure that I was completely satisifed with my purchase. Great service here! They met me at the door(are remodeling & in different place in building). Got signs to take you there. Max met me at the door, escorted me to waiting area, and even got me something to drink. We discussed what I needed, as I live 40+ miles away, we decided to winterization while I was there. So we did that and cleaned injectors also. Car is 3 Years old with very low mileage so sits a lot. When done, Max came and escorted me back to door(I walk with a cane) and even had a freshly washed car! I so appreciate being treated so well!

Don’t get your car serviced here!
Don’t get your car serviced here!!!! WARNING!! GO ELSEWHERE! I’ve had my car serviced there twice for under warranty things and both times came back with missing screws on panels on top of the engine and underneath the car. Two separate incidents! I understand mistakes happen after the first one, but the second one just doesn’t make any sense. It’s like the technicians don’t care or are rushed and no quality checks are happening. I spent over an hour underneath my car re-fastening the undercarriage plastic barrier because of four missing screws. I should not have to take my over an hour of my time after they had my car for almost 2 weeks to figure things out. Unacceptable.

I bought a 2024 Sorento last week from Federico Kia. The sales person Josh Carter was excellent. He fully explained the many options on the car and allowed us to test drive several cars without his presence. He took time to set up my Apple Car Play and Kia connect. No pressure to buy. The actual buying of the car was done professionally and efficiently. They also follow up after the sale.

DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS OR WIVES COME IN HERE ALONE!
DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS OR WIVES COME IN HERE ALONE! Brought my car in to my APPOINTMENT for my new radio i had been waiting 6 MONTHS for and was told i wouldn’t be getting one that day. I went ahead and asked for the oil change i was due for, since i already drove all the way there. I was then told i needed the “4-point inspection” since it had now been 6 months. Me, a 23 year old woman knowing NOTHING about cars, thought this was necessary for the process of getting my radio, since that’s what i was there for. Had i not asked for an oil change, what would they even be doing with my car for the day since there was no radio to install? They then asked me to sign a paper (HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS SIGNING AND HE KNEW IT.) and took my keys and walked away, all within 2 minutes. I had no idea what just happened. 3 hours later i get a call saying i can come get my car and everything went great. Guess how much i paid for that oil change? $806 dollars. As a waitress, that was all of my money for my bills this month. I am now picking up as many shifts to try and make back the money i had ZERO IDEA i would be spending. Charged over $100 3 separate times for fuel injector cleaning. Was asked if i wanted a new air filter too. Anything they could tack onto my bill, they TRIED! Absolute horrible customer service. When complaining about being jerked around about the radio, they said they’d give me a free tank of gas. $42 fills my tank. I WOULD RATHER HAVE MY $806 BACK!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
