First time buying a new car there. I had nothing but a great experience all around. My sales rep, Josh Carter, was great to work with in getting a deal on my trade in and getting the new car that I was happy with. When I took delivery, they spent a lot of time going over the features of the car (my 1st time with a Kia Telluride and a hybrid) and made sure I was comfortable with it before I left the lot. As their saying goes, “you gotta go to Federico”. You won’t be disappointed!

Even though the dealership has changed owners since I started using it 10 years ago, I am happy to say the car buying experience and experience with the service dept has been consistently excellent About the last purchasing.experience (2 days ago) I found Josh Carter, the salesman to be friendly, not pushy and very helpful in showing and how to operate the SUV's new features. He was extremely patient in answering this 84 year' old's questions even though he was also dealing with other customers at the time.. Business Manager Brain Wright was also very friendly and went to lengths to explain what I was purchasing. Once again I highly recommend this dealership and working with the 2 men I have just mentioned.

I just want to comment on the Service Department at Federico and there service advisors. I bought my 2021 Sedona from Chuck. He was awesome and not pushy. Then started with the service department with oil changes, etc. Can always get appointments promptly and have always been treated well. When they were going thru updating they had a nice area for customers and made it easy to find. Now they have a very up to the minute service area, and customer lounge. My Service advisor , Max is awesome, keeps me posted on time, if finds something needs to be done, he checks with me and explains and makes sure it gets done if I agree. A very nice dealership where everybody is so nice!!!

I was honored to be recommended to work directly with Doug Stoutner from a friend of mine Kerry Thompson. Doug was awesome. Extremely easy to work with. No pressure. Answered all of our questions. I deem this dealership discriminative wanted back dated oil receipts from 3 years ago to fix company maintenance issues and was still rejected they basically only fixed what they wanted and told me come get my vehicle was very unhappy also made me change my insurance for nothing wasn’t even given a loaner vehicle so unsatisfied don’t recommend anything from them Sarah isn’t good at her job either very unprofessional
