I had a very disappointing experience with Della Mazda.

I had a very disappointing experience with Della Mazda. Two days ago, I submitted my vehicle’s VIN through their website to get a trade-in offer. The website provided a value of $11,240. After receiving this offer, I was contacted by the dealership and they confirmed the trade-in value over the phone twice, asking me to come in for an appointment. I drove nearly 50 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, they first let me test drive the new vehicle. But afterward, they suddenly changed the trade-in offer to only $4,000, claiming it was a mistake. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. This was never mentioned before my visit. I lost my time, wasted gas, and felt completely misled. I confirmed the trade-in value with them multiple times before going there. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I hope others will be careful and get everything in writing before visiting this dealership. They also did not fulfill their promises even though I received them in writing. I still have their official emails.

Good morning Adem, I'm very sorry about your experience, I would like you to know that I'm working with the company that provides us with the on-line tool for the customer to use. The service was good but my brakes are messed up.

The service was good but my brakes are messed up. I told them that my emergency brake does not release correctly. They did not ask me about it or acknowledge the issue.

I live in Vermont and went to the local dealer to test

I live in Vermont and went to the local dealer to test drove the CX-30 and fell in love... After driving an Audi Q3 for 2.5 years, I knew this was my next car. I asked for the lease particulars and I was satisfied. I decided to call Della thinking I could do better and I was 100% correct. They beat the local dealer by $38 p/month. Dylan at Della picked up the phone and was kind, professional and not your typical salesperson. He truly listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. I later found out that Dylan was the #1 salesperson and I concurred. I thought they were located in Plattsburgh and told them I would pick the car up there. To later find out they were 2 hours away from me. They graciously agreed to drive the car to Plattsburgh to make it easier on me. Now that's customer service! One month later I needed to go to Della for an adjustment. The gal in service was so friendly and took care of everything. Vermonters...go to Della and ask for Dylan if you are thinking Mazda is your next car. They make you feel like family!

If I could put less stars I would.

If I could put less stars I would. I first I thought this was the best dealership ever. Then I bought a Ford transit connect from Della Mazda the complete electrical system broke down the first day I got it and then the transmission went. I was on my way back from Tennessee to make it back because the transmission was slipping. No lights on the dashboard no nothing. It was a miracle I made it back. Della Mazda would not fix it and Ford would not fix it because I didn't buy it at a Ford dealership. I am 74 years old and now I have to file bankruptcy because nobody will pay to get my car fixed and I can't afford to pay 8000 to 15,000 for a new transmission when my car was only $19,000!! They walk away with the money for the car I end up with a $1900 bill to file bankruptcy and have to go back to work to pay it. I raised five Children and never had to file before this is a sad world that nobody has to back their vehicles, but somebody made money off it and I'm without a car. And have to start over at age 74! Being that the car is a 2019 it doesn't even qualify for the The lemon law so beware people they all have their ways in and out and it's us the hard-working people that have to pay for it! Hi Sue, I've decided to not get involved with a debate over the Ford Transit it will get me nowhere, we've had numerous conversations about this, we both came to the conclusion it's an issue with this product, and nothing to do with Della Mazda even you pointed it out to me on your fist visit your research said the Ford Transit has transmission issues. Della Mazda sold you the Transit in 100% good faith and at no time did we know it would end up with a transmission issue, if we had any indication the transmission was going to be issue, I wouldn't have offered it for sale and subjected the store to an issue like this. In your email you failed to mention that I offered to help you financially by absorbing the labor costs to install a new or used transmission and even with that you'd be unable to make up the difference. Again, I'm not interested in getting into a debate over this you know Della Mazda was more than willing to help you with the cost, never once did I say I wouldn't help you, not once! We purchased a certified 2025 Mazda CX5 from Conor.

We purchased a certified 2025 Mazda CX5 from Conor. We drove a bit from the Albany area to get to Della and when we walked in we were greeted and Conor came right over to assist us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient ! I can’t say enough good things about Della- it is an honest and respectful family-owned car dealership to do business with. Conor was great, as was Ryan, the manager. Trustworthy and kind individuals!

Buying experience was quick, easy with no pressure.

Buying experience was quick, easy with no pressure. Went in to look at a couple different used cars, ended up with a new. They were able to answer all my questions. Accommodated my wants by trading with another dealership for the car that met my needs and had it ready for me to take home within 3 days. Took me less than 2 hours to look, test drive and negotiate. Picking up the car took less than an hour and was pretty seamless.
